It is unfortunately agreed upon that before its conclusion, CW's, The Flash's, current roster of members making up Team Flash was looking excpetionally bleak - it also never got better as the show progressed.
Chester P. Runk, Cecile Horton, Khione, and everyone's favorite, Allegra Garcia.
First introduced way back in Season 6, Allegra Garcia was a comic book character created a few years prior, by new showrunner at the time, Eric Wallace.
Allegra never served any true purpose to the team - neither to the show, outside of using her UV-ray abilities to stop Ramsey Russo's (Bloodwork's) dark matter blood infection during the first half of Season 6.
From there, Allegra has awkwardly been hanging around the show; often times undergoing very small ventures of her own storylines, and even smaller doses of character development.
However, a new deleted-scene from The Flash Season 9 Blu-Ray & DVD set, features Allegra Garcia speaking on Iris West-Allen's 'Citizentopia' podcast in the series finale, where she reveals herself to the world as Central City's newest crime-fighting meta human known as... Wavelength.
While the name is not great... or, let's be honest, not good; this deleted-scene surprisingly serves as a nice introduction to Allegra's crime-fighting meta human journey after The Flash has ended.
Even though Allegra does not have any value to Team Flash - outside of being just Chester P. Runk's boyfriend; focusing on her abilities more, instead of the whole will-they-won't-they cliche between Chester would have initially made Allegra a more compelling character on The Flash, had the show addressed this matter before.
