Barry just can't seem to win this season, and at the end of last night's episode, he may have taken his biggest loss yet when Savitar trapped Wally inside the Speed Force.

Next week, he'll make the trip himself to go save Wally from the dangers of the Speed Force, but will run into a few unexpected complications when faces from his past resurface, including Eddie Thawne, Captain Cold, Ronnie Raymond, the Black Flash, and his mother! Meanwhile, H.R. will share his infinite wisdom with Jesse Quick, who's been left reeling after Wally's disappearance.

Check out the extended promo for episode sixteen, titled "Into The Speed Force," below:

@TheArkhamKnight - and where has this smart guy been since, it seems the moment he became the flash, he became dull

@TheArkhamKnight - Barry was so much more likable in Season 1. Where do the years go?

@KWilly - He is still likeable, he is just dealing with a lot of bigger things while also trying to be a mentor, etc.

These "where did this character went" arguments never have made any sense.

I have one question that's been on my mind a lot lately. They have access to Gideon in reverse flashs secret room. How come they never use it? Seems to me it would have more info that just a newspaper article. Maybe this has been addressed and I missed it.

@Nitric - Gideon dissapered after Reverse Flash got erased from Existence. Barry still has to create Gideon in the future.

@MeAreLegend - really? You sure about that's because they pulled up the newspaper a couple episodes back.

Black Flash is the only thing getting me to watch this episode

Jay being there is a good thing. Andrew Kreisberg said that this trip into the Speed Force will be more chaotic and look like hell compared to the last one.

I also think they will try to pay homage to Wally's return from Rebirth so I am expecting a welcome back hug by Barry when it is all over.

And speaking of Wally last night, Keiynan Londsale's performance was great . From watching Iris' death to his vision of his "mother", he can act.

Episode last night was incredibly boring. Only interesting and important part was the last 5 minutes. I just want to see something shock me on The Flash for once. Kill someone off, make Barry do something hardcore. Something that the average viewer couldn't predict.

Am I the only one who thinks Savitar is Wally or Julian from the future? Most likely Julian, Barry will somehow let Caitlin become Killer Frost and that'll upset Julian in the future, forcing him to become Savitar and take revenge on Barry.

I feel like Eddie is Savitar. Like he said how Barry didnt deserve Iris and in general, how he speaks to Barry.

Getting tired of the characters lying to each other just to move the various plots forward. Quit dumbing down Barry and co. just so the show can be easier to write.
