After a shocking cliffhanger, next week's episode of
The Flash looks to kickoff quite a two-part midseason finale as Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) finds himself under Dr. Ramsey Rosso's (Sendhil Ramamurthy) influence, and it may have some seriously devastating consequences as he's no longer able to tell what's real, and what's not.
Meanwhile, Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton) uncovers a vast conspiracy, and judging by the end of tonight's episode, it may have something to do with Ralph's (Hartley Sawyer) missing persons case.

PART ONE OF THE MID-SEASON FINALE - As Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) stands on the threshold of his impending death in Crisis, his convictions are tested when the monstrous Dr. Ramsey Rosso (guest star Sendhil Ramamurthy) infects The Flash with a mysterious, hallucinogenic contagion. Matching wits with The Thinker, who by season’s end had harnessed the powers of all twelve bus metas he created, stretched Team Flash to their limits, but with the help of some new allies, Barry Allen (aka The Flash) and company were able to put a stop to the Enlightenment and save Central City once again. However, with the arrival of Barry and Iris’ speedster daughter, Nora, who arrived from the future admitting to having made a “big mistake,” things are anything but status quo. Will parenthood be the challenge that finally slows The Flash down?
