Next week, after meeting a woman named Vickie Bolen (Catherine Lough Haggquist) and discovering that she's been hiding her meta-human abilities from her family, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) makes a big decision to come clean about her secret alliance with Eobard Thawne (Tom Cavanagh).

However, based on Barry's (Grant Gustin) reaction in the promo, it doesn't look like her parents are going to be particularly thrilled about the revelation.

"Time Bomb" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

NORA DECIDES TO TELL BARRY AND IRIS THE TRUTH ABOUT THAWNE - Team Flash finds out that a suburban mom named Vickie Bolen (guest star Catherine Lough Haggquist) is in danger and they race to save her. Upon meeting her, they discover she's a meta-human who is hiding her abilities from her family. Barry (Grant Gustin) encourages Vickie to share her secret with her family, which makes Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) realize she needs to come clean with her parents about Thawne (Tom Cavanagh). Rob Greenlea directed the episode written by Kristen Kim & Sterling Gates (#517). Original airdate 3/19/2019.

Matching wits with The Thinker, who by season’s end had harnessed the powers of all twelve bus metas he created, stretched Team Flash to their limits, but with the help of some new allies, Barry Allen (aka The Flash) and company were able to put a stop to the Enlightenment and save Central City once again. However, with the arrival of Barry and Iris’ speedster daughter, Nora, who arrived from the future admitting to having made a “big mistake,” things are anything but status quo. Will parenthood be the challenge that finally slows The Flash down?

The Flash features:

Can I just say that I absolutely loved Grace Cicada wiping the floor with "Team Flash". That ending!!

Okay episode I guess. Not quite mediocre (thanks to the ending) and not quite 'solid' thanks to most of the rest of the episode.

Another nauseating episode for Nora. Her lecturing Barry, give me a break. And her juvenile, immature perspective on defeating Cicada was ridiculous to hear. Her fixation on speeches was idiotic; let Barry be the Flash and speak for himself. And Barry, Iris and Nora freaking out about an espresso being named after XS. Yikes, cringe! And the logic behind why Nora's info about Cicada is correct is, well, downright illogical. She's essentially saying "Even though everything else is different, trust me, this one is correct." Thank god Sherloque was able to see through that shit.

How is it that the two speedsters let another villain (the chemistry guy) get away, AGAIN!?! How does Barry not react in time to getting punched by Cicada? But more importantly: THEY LET CICADA GET AWAY FOR A FIFTH MOTHERFREAKING TIME!??!?! I mean, thank god Cicada later gives in so that the episode wasn't a complete loss, but my god. Hopefully this is the end of Clein's character having a big presence in the season; obviously he will still have a role, but man, Chris Klein's evil portrayal is so freaking cringe-worthy. "I'm. So. Evil. That. I'm. Going. To. Talk. This. Way. To. Show. You. How. Dangerous. I. Am. I. Will. Kill. Every. Single. One. Of. You." Uggh, terrible portrayal and terrible writing. And wait, what?? How could Barry say that he has gotten his powers back after Cicada getting the cure when he legit SPED Cicada over to STAR labs?? Goddamn the horrible writing in this show that leads to illogical inconsistencies is annoying AF.

Now onto some positives. Sherloque to Barry and Iris about Nora: "You two did this, you made her, you're responsible." LOL!!! Barry's pep talk with Joe was good, a nice moment in the episode that showed how far those two characters had come. And finally, Grace Cicada. Outside of the question of how she is possible in the present (which I guess Thawne was talking about her breaking through, rather than a physical timeline), she was pretty badass and made quick work of Team Flash. And that's Sarah Carter playing Grace, she was one of the good parts of Falling Skies.
