Next week, when Sherloque (Tom Cavanagh) suggests using a memory machine to tap into Grace's memories, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) panics and decides to use the machine on her own, which has disastrous results as she finds herself trapped inside Grace's mind.

Luckily, Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) come to her rescue, but everything they discover is going to be starting, to say the least. Meanwhile, Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) take the night off and head out on the town, which should result in plenty of hilarity.

However, with the arrival of Barry and Iris’ speedster daughter, Nora, who arrived from the future admitting to having made a “big mistake,” things are anything but status quo. I like how Cicada is present inside her mind, being once again a threat. Considering she read about him as little on that newspaper and the stories behind him, at least from her time, it makes sense he is there terrorizing her.

Barry wasting no time and charging up against Thawne's suit there at the end is badass.

SURPRISINGLY... this was a pretty good and overly fairly strong episode, either the best or second best episode of the season. This, this right here tonight, this is what this show needs more of; it reminds me of the Flashtime and Thinker origin episodes last year in terms of far above the rest of the season's episodes. The directing was on point, the fight choreography and slow mo scenes were well done and looked great, the camera work was great. I looked up the director and its Marcus Stokes; I believe this was his first Flash episode, but they need to get him back ASAP because he did a great job.

As I said, pretty good episode. There were only a few minor things that irked me, mostly with more situations where Team Flash shows true incompetence in the field. And i wonder if Nora being bedridden for much of the episode helped tonight, because she can be annoying as hell; her being sidelined help the other characters breathe and grow. Below are some notes I took while watching (almost all are stuff i liked with a few negatives).

- the opening fight scene with Cicada and those other two was very good
- the take down of Cicada by team Flash WAS good too, until logic kind of went out there door. You have perhaps the most dangerous villain you've experienced (since he can wipe out your powers) finally detained, and you a) stop constructing those bonds, and b) put your focus on the injured person. Come on Team Flash, you should know better and should focus on ensuring that the villain is down for the count. Though Cicada's beat-down on Nora was unexpected and handled well.
- the meta-human cure plotline is pretty uninteresting so far
- "if you're too dumb to recognize the truth, then go and be on your own." Haha, awesome Barry.
- Barry vs Cicada fight in the bar was good
- Barry being angry was handled well enough
- Sherloque continues to be good and I like his investigation into Nora. But Iris getting all up on his ass about investigating Nora... give me a break.
- for someone that was one of the worst minor characters ever introduced on this show, Norvok had a really nice arc this week
- the fight between Flash, Killer Frost and Cicada was very well done. And I really liked Barry turning to the dark side. And yes, Nora did snap Barry out of it, but she also let Cicada go. I mean, my god, Team Flash's incompetence, they freaking let Cicada go again.
- Sherloque asking who was the mastermind behind Nora's speed force language, and his face reflecting back in the screen, that was nicely filmed.

So kudos Flash, you delivered a strong episode tonight.

Next week's episode looks pretty interesting, looks like it COULD be good and hopefully continues with the momentum of tonight. Seems like the show's version of going into a Framework type setting.
