With the arrival of Cicada 2.0 (Sarah Carter), Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) will be left scrambling next week and she tries to make sense of this latest development. However, when she meets a new meta named Vickie Bolen (Catherine Lough Haggquist), who's been hiding her abilities from her family, she finally decides to come clean about her secret alliance with Eobard Thawne (Tom Cavanagh).

While it's hard to say what her revelation will mean to Team Flash, the photos and promo do seemingly suggest it's not exactly going to sit well with Barry (Grant Gustin), Iris (Candice Patton), and the rest of the crew.

"Time Bomb" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

NORA DECIDES TO TELL BARRY AND IRIS THE TRUTH ABOUT THAWNE - Team Flash finds out that a suburban mom named Vickie Bolen (guest star Catherine Lough Haggquist) is in danger and they race to save her. Upon meeting her, they discover she's a meta-human who is hiding her abilities from her family. Barry (Grant Gustin) encourages Vickie to share her secret with her family, which makes Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) realize she needs to come clean with her parents about Thawne (Tom Cavanagh). Rob Greenlea directed the episode written by Kristen Kim & Sterling Gates (#517). Original airdate 3/19/2019.

Matching wits with The Thinker, who by season’s end had harnessed the powers of all twelve bus metas he created, stretched Team Flash to their limits, but with the help of some new allies, Barry Allen (aka The Flash) and company were able to put a stop to the Enlightenment and save Central City once again. I hope the revelation is handled well. There needs to be true shock, true consequences, a sense of betrayal and inability to trust your own daughter who has been lying to your face this entire time and conspiring with your mortal enemy. I hope its not just tossed aside with a few comments. Because when Nora went into the mind of young Grace without her parents permission and put multiple people at risk, she was given like a single sentence from Barry and then all was magically alright.

Team Arrow had a legit internal Civil War last season due to trust issues; hopefully Nora is not let off the hook easily.

The preview showed Grace apparently squaring off again with our heroes but there is none of that here nor of this meta that prompts Nora to get the courage to come clean. They must be saving stuff for the actual episode i.e. the time sphere they find in the woods.

Iris is with them in that shot of everyone at the cortex so if she is going to end up in the hospital for some reason it will be after the reveal which said pictures do confirm, which I have doubts it’ll be that early.

Ralph is back, betting he will help in trying to track down Grace and Orlin.
