Season four of The Flash is something of a reboot for the series as it has a new, much lighter tone which is far more in line with the show's first couple of years. This week's episode featured a huge status quo shift when it was revealed that Wally West/Kid-Flash is leaving Central City, presumably meaning that he'll now be a guest star in the show as opposed to someone who pops up each week.

That's probably for the best, especially as Wally isn't really necessary to the show at this stage as the Flash has always been at his best when he's the only speedster in town! It wouldn't be a bad thing for Kid-Flash to show up in Legends of Tomorrow, though, but we'll just have to wait and see on that front.

In the meantime, we have a brand new poster for season four of The Flash which puts Vibe front and centre. It appears as if we can expect him to play a larger role in the Scarlet Speedster's adventures moving forward and that's no bad thing as The CW series has been teasing his transformation into a superhero for a while now.
