WESTWORLD: Everyone Fights To Survive In The New Promo For Season 3, Episode 6: "Decoherence"

After yet another exciting installment, only three episodes remain before Westworld season three comes to a close, and based on where things are trending, we're heading toward quite the finale.

With only three episodes remaining, Westworld season three has nearly reached its finish line, and it looks like next week's episode is only going to continue upping the ante as we barrel toward what is sure to be an epic finale.

The latest synopsis is predictably vague, simply reading "Do a lot of people tell you that you need therapy?," a phrase that could probably be applied to a number of main characters. Based on the latest promo, though, it's likely in reference to either Maeve (Thandie Newton) or Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood).

Jennifer Getzinger directed next week's episode and also helmed the season three finale. She should be a relatively familiar name to comic book movie fans, having directed an episode of Marvel's Daredevil, three episodes of Marvel's Jessica Jones and two episodes (including the series finale) of Marvel's Agent Carter

Part of me wishes articles about this show got more comments. Part of me is extremely glad that it doesnt.

This season is has been firing on all cylinders. I love how they've balanced giving each character their screen time. Aaron Paul is knocking it out of the park and it feels like he's been a part of the show this whole time.

@Himura - Aaron Paul is cast brilliantly, drugged out follower and making funny faces.

@Himura - Aaron Paul is good but Vincent Cassel is the standout this season imo (in terms of new cast members).

I have to wait to see how the season ends before I can really judge it fully, but I do wish that it made you think more like seasons 1 and 2 did. Episode 2 and 5 were certainly the most thought provoking though so far. For the most part I think the season is a bit too linear and simplistic. but its still a really good season so far.

Season 3 has been fantastic so far, I love how it's gone full Blade Runner. Vincent Cassel has been killing it and I can't wait to see how it ends.

@Canon108 - This show has been full blown Blade Runner, Matrix, BSG, every damn sci-fi / robot show I can think of and its great. I've purposely been staying off any forums and subreddits just so I can be surprised by whatever the [frick] they have in store. All the fan theories ruined season 1 for me so I definitely learned my lesson.

Love this season so far but tonight's episode was trash. That "genre" shit was dumb af. Such pointless addition to the story that just took all the tension away. The whole episode in general felt sloppy in direction and editing.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - Ah, directed by the director of Underworld: Blood Wars. That explains a lot.

Pretty great episode tonight, up there with episodes 2 and 4. I really liked getting Serac's backstory, one of the standout characters of the season imo. And tbh, I understand a lot of his drives: seeing Paris wiped out in a nuclear attack makes him want to control the impulsivity and damaging tendencies of the human race. I get it. And also, I imagine that the extinction a couple hundred years in the future that the system keeps predicting, it is then that the after credits scene of season 2 takes place.

Dempsey Jr was really good in this episode, I liked him contrasting with Dolores. Shame to see him and Tommy Flanagan leave the show with this episode. Aaron Paul was good too though he is a bit of an odd ball here in terms of figuring out where he fits into the puzzle. Same with Bernard.

A few things that didn't quite make sense or weren't explain enough, will have to rewatch.

But next week's episode looks awesome.
