SECRETS FROM JARVIS' PAST PUT AGENT CARTER IN DEADLY JEOPARDY, ON "MARVEL'S AGENT CARTER" ON ABC

"Time & Tide" - As Agent Carter closes in on Howard Stark's stolen technology, Peggy's secret mission could unravel when the SSR arrests Jarvis and a secret is revealed, on "Marvel's Agent Carter," TUESDAY, JANUARY 13 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Marvel's Agent Carter" stars Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter, James D'Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, Chad Michael Murray as Agent Jack Thompson, Enver Gjokaj as Agent Daniel Sousa and Shea Whigham as Chief Roger Dooley.

Guest starring are Lyndsy Fonseca as Angie Martinelli, Kyle Bornheimer as Agent Ray Krzeminski, Meagan Fay as Miriam Fry, Patrick Smith as Agent Wallace, Alexander Carroll as Agent Yauch, Rob Mars as Jerome Zandow, Lesley Boone as Rose, Benita Robledo as Carol, Bridget Regan as Dottie Underwood, Laura Coover as Molly, Tim James as Jimmy, Paul Roache as building manager, Christie Lynn Herring as prostitute and Rick Steadman as automat customer.

"Time & Tide" was written by Andi Bushell and directed by Scott Winant.

It's 1946 and peace has dealt Peggy a serious blow as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad. Working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve), Peggy finds herself stuck doing administrative work when she would rather be back out in the field; putting her vast skills into play and taking down the bad guys. But she is also trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life, Steve Rogers – aka Captain America.

When old acquaintance Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper, Marvel's "Captain America: The First Avenger”) finds himself being framed for unleashing his deadliest weapons to anyone willing to pony up the cash, he contacts Peggy - the only person he can trust - to track down those responsible, dispose of the weapons and clear his name. He empowers his butler, Edwin Jarvis (James D'Arcy, “Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World”), to be at her beck and call when needed to help assist her as she investigates and tracks down those responsible for selling these weapons of mass destruction. But Jarvis, who is a creature of habit and sticks to a rigid daily routine, is going to have to make some major life changes if he’s going to be able to keep up with Peggy.

If caught going on these secret missions for Stark, Peggy could be targeted as a traitor and spend the rest of her days in prison – or worse. And as she delves deeper into her investigation, she may find that those she works for are not who they seem, and she might even begin to question whether Stark is as innocent as he claims.

Agent Carter will feature:
Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter
Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark
James D'Arcy as Edwin Jarvis
Chad Michael Murray as Agent Jack Thompson
Enver Gjokaj as Agent Daniel Sousa
Shea Whigham as Roger Dooley
Lyndsy Fonseca as Angie Martinelli
Kyle Bornheimer as Ray Krzeminski
Costa Ronin as Anton Vanko
Bridget Regan as Dottie
Meagen Fay as Miriam Fry

Lot of love went into this very good show...noticed a bunch of visual quotes from classic Hollywood cinema. Hayley kicks butt. The recurring joke with the Captain America radio show was spot on.

She's #2 on my "Women I'm Going to Stalk One Day When I Get Off My Lazy Azz" list.

Loved the premiere. Was fantastic.

I'm really hoping that Leviathan has connections to the Leviathan group from the comics. I have a theory that it is connected, and Vanko will come into play. Leviathan in the comics is Russian, beginning with the Communist Bloc. Their enemies are both HYDRA and the Howling Commandoes. Plus, Madame Hydra is a current member of Leviathan (and wouldn't it be badass to have a female villain for Agent Carter?)

We'll see how it plays out.

I enjoyed the premiere, , for some reason I got an "Alias" type of vibe from it. It will be a nice addition to the MCU, along with watching Agents of Shield. Good job Marvel...

Did you watch? I think you'd like it. You're always on about old-school music...This is olde-tyme tv.

I read about her body measurements. She has a 32DD bra size, but in the UK sizing scale, it would be E!

Waiting for someone to post found easter eggs from the premier... I'm sure I missed more than I caught, especially during the white dress scenes

@ShadowakaTankD

Well, considering you began your comment with "Didn't want this show, never gonna like this", you went into the show with no chance of enjoying it. That's a close-minded attitude, and one that really has no place. If this is TankD, yeah, we've always gotten along in the past. Sorry if that's changed. But your comment was whiny and biased. So I reacted to it by being thankful that we won't have to see comments like that on future Agent Carter articles. If that makes me a douchebag, so be it.
