Marvel's AGENT CARTER "The Blitzkrieg Button" Synopsis; Stan Lee Cameo

Marvel has just released the official synopsis for the fourth episode of Agent Carter, which is titled "The Blitzkrieg Button." In it, legendary comic book creator Stan Lee will make a cameo and Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) will make his return.

Last month at the book signing of Roy Thomas' 75 Years Of Marvel: From The Golden Age To The Silver Screen, Marvel Comics' legendary founder Stan Lee revealed that he was going to appear in Agent Carter. He even revealed that his cameo would be in the fourth episode, "The Blitzkrieg Button." You can check out the official synopsis for it below.

"The Blitzkrieg Button" - Peggy may be in more trouble than usual when fugitive Howard Stark suddenly returns for mysterious reasons. And Chief Dooley chases a new clue all the way to Europe that threatens to destroy Peggy's future at the SSR, on "Marvel's Agent Carter," Tuesday, January 27 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Marvel's Agent Carter" stars Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter, James D'Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, Chad Michael Murray as Agent Jack Thompson, Enver Gjokaj as Agent Daniel Sousa and Shea Whigham as Chief Roger Dooley.

Guest starring are Lyndsy Fonseca as Angie Martinelli, Alexander Carroll as Agent Yauch, Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Bridget Regan as Dottie Underwood, Benita Robledo as Carol, Meagan Holder as Vera, Joanna Strepp as Gloria, John Bishop as Frank, Tim Dezarn as George, Billy Malone as "large" smuggler, Jeremy Timmins as "larger" smuggler, Chad Danshaw as thug, Jack Conley as Colonel Mueller, Kevin Cotteleer as Alex Doobin, Gregory Sporleder as Otto Mink, Jim Palmer as goon, Tim Garris as hoodlum, Stan Lee as man (next to Howard Stark) and Sarah Schreiber as Lorraine.

"The Blitzkrieg Button" was written by Brant Englestein and directed by Stephen Cragg.

Nice. From the looks of the cast list, we'll be seeing the live-action debuts of "smuggler", "larger smuggler", "thug", "goon" and "hoodlum". I love those characters!

I'm going to check out the rest of it tonight. I watched a good 1/4's of it on demand last night. Gotta say it wasn't too bad.

I had no expectations about this show but I have to say I was really impressed with the first two eps so now I kinda have high expectations!!

oh Stan, if you could stay alive til your 96th birthday that would be great, at least then you could cameo in everything right up until Avengers Infinity War Part 2...then Im hoping they reveal he has been the One Above All or the Watcher all along, watching as the heroes go from their origins to their greatest battle...I can dream

@SnapperCarr, hope so, hes probably not gonna live long enough to end up in any potential Daredevil movie

sorry to be so morbid, even though he is in amazing shape for his age, he is still pretty damn old

When does Antone Vanko return? I'm interested to see what they do with that character (even though his appearance in the show causes a major continuity error, unless the Anton Vanko we saw in Iron Man 2 is actually Anton Vanko II, and this is his father and Ivan Vanko's grandfather).
