The first trailer for
The Defenders has finally landed, and it packs quite a punch. Actually, make that several punches. The trailer for the highly anticipated series wastes no time in showcasing the very first meeting between
Daredevil,
Jessica Jones,
Luke Cage, and
Iron Fist. We also get a better look at Sigourney Weaver's mysterious villain,
Alexandra, and the return of
Elektra, who looks far more comic-accurate this time around!

“Marvel’s The Defenders” follows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal - to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together.
