"Looks like I got here just in time..."

Yes, Jon Bernthal's ultra-violent vigilante will indeed be back to offer Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist a helping hand (not to mention a really big gun or three) when they untite to take on Sigourney Weaver's enigmatic villian in The Defenders next month.

Netflix Korea just dropped the new teaser below, and it features various shots from the characters' previous solo outings narrated by our Generalissimo, Stan Lee. Then, right at the end we get some new footage, and a brief glimpse of The Punisher.

Such a pity how his storyline kinda fizzled out in season 2 in favour of the less-engaging Hand plot.

Bernthal OWNED every scene he was in.

Amazing how likeable his Punisher was, because Bernthal was such an annoying, unlikeable presence in the Walking Dead. To the point where you thought it was just his face. Then Punisher comes along and he's [frick]ing awesome.

@connorblaze - He's so good at playing intense characters. His role in Fury is sold as being a violent simple man, they by the end, you feel why he's reached that point. Bernthal is a very underrated actor.
