THE FALCON & THE WINTER SOLDIER: [SPOILER] Finally Comments On Surprise Cameo; New Poster Released

We assume most of you will have watched the penultimate episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier by now, but just in case, we're still treating this as a spoiler for now.

During "Truth," we were introduced to a character who is expected to emerge as a major new player in the MCU moving forward: Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.

Madame Hydra, as she's known in the comics, was played by multiple-time Emmy Award-winner Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and the Veep star has finally addressed her cameo appearance by taking to Twitter to share a photo of Val's other business card (the one she gave John Walker was blank).

The prevailing theory is that the Contessa will ultimately be revealed as the mysterious Power Broker, and enlist Walker for a team of her own. The character was actually supposed to debut in Black Widow as a "dark" counterpart to Nick Fury, which would seem to suggest that she's planning to assemble a group of super-powered individuals for some nefarious purpose.

What kind of impact do you think Miss Allegra de Fontaine will have on the MCU? Let us know in the comments, and check out the sixth in a series of TFATWS posters below.
