With a week to go until Loki arrives on Disney+, Marvel Studios has shared the first featurette for the series. We were hoping for one final trailer, but there's still time for that to be released.

As well as revealing some snippets of new footage from the show, there are comments from stars Tom Hiddleston, Owen Welson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and director Kate Herron. Nothing major is shared, but Loki looks like it has the potential to take us on a cray ride through the MCU.

Whether the Multiverse will come into play remains to be seen, but it's entirely possible that this series is going to lay the groundwork for next year's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

In Loki, the imperious God of Mischief, who, after absconding with the Tesseract, is a fish-out-of-water when he lands in a world of trouble with the bureaucratic TVA (Time Variance Authority) steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs Loki, and Michael Waldron is head writer. Recently, we learned the show will premiere on Disney+ on June 9th, 2021.
