Loki was a series that boasted its fair share of surprises, with the biggest coming when we were introduced to some of the God of Mischief's Variants. Among them was "Classic Loki," a version of the trickster who survived his run-in with Thanos and went into hiding before he was pruned by the TVA.
Played by the legendary Richard E. Grant, this Loki stole the show and is now getting his own Hot Toys action figure. It features a newly developed head sculpt with Loki's horned helmet, interchangeable face sculpts highlighting multiple expressions, and an array of highly-detailed accessories including Throg, the battle-damaged helmet after Alioth was unleashed, and even Alligator Loki!
Classic Loki's "Glorious Purpose" scene is among the MCU's best, and while we probably won't be seeing this Variant again, Grant certainly managed to leave a lasting impact on this world.
The inclusion of Throg in that jar is fun, especially as his cameo was easily one of Loki's greatest Easter Eggs. An entire scene with the Frog of Thunder was shot (but not included in the series) featuring Throg delivering a well-deserved beating to his mischievous brother. Unfortunately, Marvel Studios has yet to share the sequence on Disney+, though there's always a chance it could be in season 2.
