With just hours to go until the penultimate episode, Marvel Studios has released a cool critics TV spot for Loki featuring some intriguing new footage from the Disney+ series. As you can see, we get a much better look at President Loki and his followers and the more we see of this God of Mischief, the more convinced we are that he's a villainous Variant who rules over the decimated New York City.

Look closely at those followers, and you'll probably notice that they're also Loki Variants as many of them are wearing helmets. Could we be looking at a purgatory for the trickster?

That doesn't explain who's really pulling the strings back at the Time Variance Authority, of course, and with just two episodes left, Loki has a lot of big questions that it still needs to answer. We're sure they're coming, and the prevailing theory is still that the big bad will turn out to be either Immortus or Kang the Conquerer.

Well, they're one and the same in some ways, but as with most things time-travel related, it's complicated! Either way, Kang will take centre stage in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.

Oh, and pay close attention to those quotes used in the TV spot, and we're sure you'll notice that "One Of The Most Ambitious, Craziest Stories Marvel Studios Has Ever Told" is from our review!

Please please PLEASE show that Morbius is still alive somehow. I need to see that man riding off into the sunset on a jetski.

@BornToLose - I read that as "I need to see that man jerking off into the sunset on a jetski."

@BornToLose - they show him in a clip promoting 5 and 6 so i would guess he is alive like Loki.

I'll be a little disappointed if the entire motivation of the TVA is to hunt down Lokis

I think a Variant uprising is coming. The show could end on some note where they break free and it causes some sort of ripple effect across the multiverse

@BlackBeltJones - this would make sense. Feige said loki bleeds into the movie more than the other Disney shows if I’m not mistaken, so that would line up

@BlackBeltJones -

I think a Variant uprising is coming.

After the stinger from last episode, this is without a doubt. I agree what it will likely lead into something larger for the MCU. Giving them the ability to play around with creating films and series that take place in other realities.

@BlackBeltJones - one can assume that a multiverse crisis is upon us from what Sylvie did by setting off all those reset bombs in different areas and as was depicted on the timeline. The multiverse is needed for Doctor Strange's movie, etc... so i don't think these variant-woke led TVA will be straightening out the timeline anytime soon.

@Humperdink - I would love to see films with different versions of the characters.

I’m dying to see a more SAVAGE HULK for instance

I guess this spot confirms Morbius is still alive.

I hope we get a Ragnarok moment with Loki, like Thor and Odin during the “what are you the god of again” scene - but with Morbius and Loki and Loki having to undo all the mischief created.

Loki has made a joke out of the whole infinity arch. What a garbage show.
