Marvel Studios recently confirmed that Secret Invasion will premiere on Disney+ this June, and we now have new promo art showcasing many of the main characters.

Among them are Olivia Colman as Special Agent Sonya Falsworth, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Martin Freeman as Everett Ross, Emilia Clarke as G'iah, and Ben Mendelsohn as Talos. We also have fun new artwork that reveals "They Can Be Anybody," teasing the impending Skrull invasion of Earth.

"Who do you trust?" is another tagline that's all over this artwork, and we're sure the comic book readers among you will remember that from the 2008 event story which shares its name with this TV series.

Secret Invasion is still a couple of months away, so we're sure there's plenty from the show left to be revealed in the weeks and months ahead. Whether any of it will offer a clearer idea of what to expect when these shape-shifters set their sights on our planet remains to be seen.

Check out this new Secret Invasion promo art in the Twitter posts below.

In Secret Invasion, set in the present-day MCU, Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity.

The show stars Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Charlayne Woodard, Killian Scott, Samuel Adewunmi, Dermot Mulroney, Christopher McDonald, Katie Finneran, with Emilia Clarke and Olivia Colman, and Don Cheadle.

Ali Selim directs the series and executive-produces, along with fellow executive producers Kevin Feige, Jonathan Schwartz, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Samuel L. Jackson, Ali Selim, Kyle Bradstreet, and Brian Tucker. Bradstreet is also the Head Writer.

Secret Invasion arrives on Disney+ on June 21!

When they first announced this I had serious doubts. But after seeing that first teaser a few months back I suddenly became extremely excited.

Hopefully the Super Skrulls aren’t just venom looking goo arms like the trailer showed. Maybe that was a Super Skrull that is emulating Venom? Also, it would be weird if the Skrulls are “wrapped up” here but it’s tough to predict where else they would even show up, besides The Marvels.

Watching Star Trek Picard final season. They are up against a race of shape changers. They impersonate everyone a lot.

How original.

@DocSpock - You do know they first premiered in Deep Space Nine and was the whole reason for the Dominion War. Tell me what exactly is original these days? I mean the bit about impersonating everyone goes back to at least the original "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" film in 1956.

I wish we were seeing some heavy hitters in this show in terms of not knowing which Avengers could be Skrulls. So far it just seems like War Machine.

You know what I trust? Marvel...to completely underserve this status quo breaking story.

They really needed to save Secret Invasion for an entire saga instead of trying to cram this into a mini series without any of that stories main players established or introduced (Norman Osborn, Elektra, Jessica Drew, Queen Veranke, The Illuminati (the actually competent Illuminati), the Thunderbolts which would eventually become the Dark Avengers).

The concept of "who do you trust" just really shows we needed at least some heroes in this.

We only really have fury (the main character so we don't have a reason to distrust him), talos, and Ross. And even then, talos and Ross we're used to stories not fully trusting them.

Imagine if we had Bruce, Clint, and strange here, and we didn't know if any of them were skrulls.

Maybe during phase 4, in an attempt to destroy the MCU, Kevin Feige was replaced by a skrull.

That might explain Eternals, Thor 4, & Quantumania.
