Even though there has been dozens of amazing Marvel superheroes popping up all over the MCU, there is also plenty who have not yet appeared. I've tried to limit my picks to the characters that Marvel actually has the right to. This is a companion piece to my Marvel Villains Fancast:

Dr. Strange- Luke Evans
Marvel has picked a director, so Strange is all but guaranteed to have a solo flick in the Phase 3. Luke is a wonderful actor who has the charisma to step into Stephen's cape.
Ms. Marvel- Abbie Cornish
As one of Marvel's premiere female heroes, Ms. Marvel is an absolute must to see on screen. Cornish has proved in movies like "Sucker Punch" she can kick butt with the best of them.
Black Panther- Chadwick Boseman
Not just because the MCU needs more diversity, T'Challa is an extremely intriguing character that deserves his own film. Boseman's star is on the rise after acclaimed appearances in "42" and "Get On Up".
Luke Cage- Sinqua Walls
Coming soon to screen as part of Marvel's Netflix deal, this Power Man is sure to lay some suckas out. A dark horse pick to be sure, Walls is the same kind of unknown actor that Chris Hemsworth was before "Thor", and I'm sure that he can do just as well. At the very least, he isn't Terry Crews.
Iron Fist- Ryan Kwanten
Marvel's martial arts master and Cage's BFF, Iron Fist is also getting his own Netflix series. Kwanten certainly has earned some geek cred after appearing as Venom in the "Truth in Journalism" short, he'd also make a great Danny Rand.
Jessica Jones- Eliza Dushku
The final part of Netflix's Defenders, Jones is a great great character with an interesting story. As seen in "Buffy" and "Dollhouse", Dushku has no problem portraying troubled yet tough women.
Punisher- Joe Manganiello
Even though poor Frank Castle has had a less then stellar cinematic history, he could use the Marvel magic touch. He would be a great addition for Netflix's second phase of shows. No stranger to tough guy roles, Manganiello has the looks and acting chops to play Marvel's deadliest vigilante.
Nova- Zac Effron
Now that the Nova Corps is scheduled to appear on screen in "Guardians of the Galaxy", Richard Rider has got to appear in the sequel. While many people scoff at Effron's teeny bopper Disney past, he's actually become quite a decent actor of late.
She-Hulk- Lake Bell
Now that the Hulk's finally gotten the cinematic respect he deserves, it's time for his distaff counterpart to get some screen time. I'd rather choose an actress that can accurately portray her Jen Walters person and then hulk out with some CG assistance than go with a body builder that can't act. Lake has that rare quality of being gorgeous, funny and a talented actress.
Spiderwoman- Lauren Cohan
Actually, I'm not entirely certain whether Marvel or Sony own the rights to her, but she has much more history with the Avengers than in the Spidey-verse. Cohan has been turning heads on "The Walking Dead" for the past few seasons, she's my choice for Jessica Drew.
Mockingbird- Maggie Grace
Super spies like Black Widow and Hawkeye have already made a splash on screen, Mockingbird would be a natural next step, whether in an Avengers movie, or on the small screen on "Agents of SHIELD". Grace has held her own next to Liam Neeson, a Marvel movie would be no sweat for her.
Elektra- Odette Annable
Now that Daredevil and Kingpin have been cast, this assassin/anti-hero is a sure thing to appear. Odette has the kind of smoldering, exotic beauty a role like this requires.
Adam Warlock- Joel Kinnaman
Eagle eyed viewers caught a glimpse of a certain cocoon in the Thor: The Dark World credit scene. After portraying "Robocop", Kinnaman ought to have now trouble bringing humanity to this celestial messiah.
Well, that's about it. Please leave your feedback below.
