STAR WARS: ANDOR Season 2 Set Photos See Cassian Andor Reunited With An Unexpected Ally - SPOILERS

Work is currently underway on Andor season 2 in London, and some new set photos (via SFFGazette.com) have revealed Cassian Andor's (Diego Luna) reunion with Bix (Adria Arjona).

In the season 1 finale, Cassian managed to rescue her from the Empire, but his old friend had been put through the wringer by her captors. We're not sure if Box has made a full recovery by the time this meeting takes place, but she looks deadly serious during this meeting with the Rebel.

Whereas the first batch of episodes took place over a relatively small period of time, the next 12 will cover the subsequent four years of Cassian's life as a Rebel prior to the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. With that in mind, we have no idea when this meeting is actually taking place!

It's believed Lucasfilm originally planned to tell this story over five 12-episode seasons, with each of them covering a year in Cassian's life. Luckily, they thought better of it, but by that point, plans were already in place for the first 12 to cover one year; in season 2, we're getting three episodes per year.

Given those planned time jumps, there's nothing to say this is the first time Cassian and Bix have crossed paths since we last saw them. Either way, we'd guess that she's looking to get involved with Luthen Rael's Rebellion!

Andor presents Star Wars from a different perspective, focusing on everyday people whose lives are affected by the Empire. The decisions they make have real consequences, and the stakes for them - and the Galaxy - couldn’t be higher.

The show has been widely hailed as the best Star Wars TV series on Disney+, and it definitely left a lasting impact. Despite reports the show struggled to find an audience, we're sure it will have legs over time, and the story will get a proper conclusion - leading us straight into Rogue One - now season 2 is moving ahead as planned.

What characters would you guys like to explore knowing they’ve died? One for me is Willem Defoe’s character in John Wick. That show would be crazy good.

That's not an unexpected ally. That's an expected ally, because she was an ally of his in season 1.

@dagenspear - It's Wilding. Sometimes I think he has the faculties of a mentally disabled child. He spends most of his time eating paste and shoving his Batman action figures up his nose.

@SodaBurps - Insulting isn't appropriate. I feel like he's more making a clickbait headline.

@SodaBurps -

While @JoshWilding does throw a lot of junk top 10 lists to pay the bills, he has been a major contributor to this site for well over a decade.

If you have the nuts, motivation, & skills to do it better than him, then do it. This site could use some fresh writers.

I also often agree with his reviews. I would be doing what if does if I weren't so lazy, unskilled, & drunk all the time.

I'm guessing @NateBest values his contributions a lot more than your insults.

@DocSpock - Does that negate the criticism of him using a clickbait title?

@DocSpock - Very well said. It was such a big deal to add the usernames to the headlines so that people would know who posted, yet they still click, read, comment, and complain... I've given up attempting to figure it out.

That being said, I would love nothing more than to have a few other users step up and see what they can do. Competition is healthy and hopefully brings out the best in everyone.

There are a few that have really been putting in some work to improve their writing. I'm excited for them to get to the point that I don't need to edit their posts before moving them to the homepage.
