Shriek is one of my fave underrated villains from Spider-Man. She was a nice antagonist in the Maximum Carnage game. I miss those days of playing that, but it sure was a hard game to beat to.

Hopefully they learn from their shortcomings from the 1st film.

They need to redesign the way the symbiote material looks. It looks too...shiny? Or oily, like it doesn't have any weight to it. Kinda looks off to me.

Some 90's goodness, I'm down. Throw in Hobgoblin, if we're doin' this, let's really do it. Have this one build up towards Maximum Carnage and have Venom "team-up" with Spidey and maybe even Black Cat to take them down. There's just no room for Spider-Man vs. Venom which needs to be it's own movie and should honestly just happen now and save Shriek and Carnage for 3.

OH SHIZ! Could they be working towards a possible Maximum Carnage movie? Spidey, Venom, Morbius and Black Cat vs. Carnage, Shriek and some other villains? That would be amazeballs.

Maybe they just won't talk about her being a mutant. This is not outside of the MCU yet.

@rkshuttleworth - It actually has always been outside of the MCU. Venom is not in the MCU

Although they could change and retrofit that going forward depending on how the Sony/MCU stuff goes

I hope they don't fill it to the brim with villains and fan service that distracts from the main plot. I feel like the last one had elements of "how many comic venoms are there again? Put them in there"
