VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE - New Still Features Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock In A Gloomy Setting

A new still has been shared from Venom: Let There Be Carnage featuring Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock searching for something in a location that looks an awful lot like it could be Ravencroft. Check it out...

Rumour has it we were supposed to be getting a new trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage in time for Black Widow's release in theaters this weekend, but it now looks like the teaser will be playing on the big screen instead (it is possible we'll get something early next week, so keep checking back here as we'll obviously keep you guys updated).

In the meantime, another still from the movie has randomly found its way online, this time featuring Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock seemingly on the hunt for something...or someone.

While it's impossible to say for sure, we can't help but wonder if he's making his way through the bowels of Ravencroft, the asylum we know Cletus Kasady, a.k.a. Carnage, is locked-up in.

There an awful lot we don't know when it comes to how this sequel will play out, but it's hard to imagine something as awesome as Venom and Carnage battling it out on the big screen not being at least a little fun to watch. Andy Serkis is at the helm of the movie, and that alone is reason enough to be excited.

Check out this new still featuring Eddie below:

"Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters," reads a brief synopsis that was released on the movie's newly launched website earlier this year. "Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage."

Venom: Let There Be Carnage stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham, and Woody Harrelson. It's set to be released in theaters globally this September.

I found the initial Venom movie, not bad, but not good either. It was just satisfactory to me. I hope, against all logic with Sony in charge, that this one will be vastly better.

@Mugens - it had the odd moment when the symbiote was switching bodies and the last 30 minutes.

I hope Venom:Let There Be Carnage is better.

@TyrantBossMedia - I agree. I've got a feeling this sequel will be worse than the first one. That should be enough for Sony to cancel their plans for their Marvel Universe and sell Spidey back 100%.

@bobevanz - I think them retaining a PG13 rating also adds onto the rumor that Holland’s Spider-Man is connected to this somehow.

You don’t do a Carnage movie and not make it R Rated unless its for the above said reason. That is just stupid.
………Yeah that’s what I think is about to happen. We are about to see a whole lot of stupid in a few months.
