Following today's suitably bonkers first trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, three new promo images have been shared online.
The first gives us another look at Venom (Tom Hardy) extending his jaws (we assume some unfortunate goon is about to be eaten), while we also have an official still of that final shot of Carnage (Woody Harrelson) from the teaser. There's also a new behind-the-scenes pic of Andy Serkis directing his star.
Serkis (Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle) was a somewhat surprising choice to take over from Ruben Fleischer as director, but we're very much looking forward to seeing what he brings to the table.
As the title suggests, the Sony Pictures sequel will see Venom go fang-to-fang with his arch-nemesis from the comics, Carnage. The first movie proved to be highly divisive, but many fans are likely to give Let There Be Carnage a chance just to witness that long-awaited battle on the big screen.
Michelle Williams and Reid Scott are also set to reprise their roles from Venom, and they'll be Joined by Naomie Harris as the villainous Shriek, and Stephen Graham as an unnamed cop (he can be glimpsed in the trailer reading the Daily Bugle). Sean Delaney, Laurence Spellman, and Larry Olubamiwo are also on board in undisclosed roles.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage is set for release on September 24. Let us know if you're looking forward to the movie in the comments.
