Following that awesome featurette earlier today, 20th Century Fox has debuted some pretty cool new posters for what has now been confirmed as the studio's final X-Men movie, Dark Phoenix.

In addition to the IMAX, Dolby and RealD 3D posters, there are several one-sheets from Poster Posse which offer interesting interpretations of some of the main mutant characters from various talented artists.

The most recent trailer for Fox's final X-Men movie seemed to go down fairly well with fans, but the final product will need to be something special if it hopes to get fans fully on board come June 7.

In DARK PHOENIX, the X-MEN face their most formidable and powerful foe: one of their own, Jean Grey. During a rescue mission in space, Jean is nearly killed when she is hit by a mysterious cosmic force. Once she returns home, this force not only makes her infinitely more powerful, but far more unstable. Wrestling with this entity inside her, Jean unleashes her powers in ways she can neither comprehend nor contain. With Jean spiraling out of control, and hurting the ones she loves most, she begins to unravel the very fabric that holds the X-Men together. Now, with this family falling apart, they must find a way to unite — not only to save Jean’s soul, but to save our very planet from aliens who wish to weaponize this force and rule the galaxy.

Also Starring James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Evan Peters, the film is set to be released on June 7 in the UK (as X-Men: Dark Phoenix) and the U.S.

Check out the posters below, and if you fancy booking your tickets to see the movie in IMAX, click here.

RealD 3D

This RealD 3D poster revisits the eye motif of the recent Black Hole promo image, as several of Jean Grey's former friends and teammates are reflected in her powerful peepers.

We know the fury of the Phoenix Force will claim the life of Mystique, but are any of the others destined for fiery ends?

IMAX

Speaking of which, this striking IMAX poster for the movie sees Jean standing atop a mountain of ash and debris.

Can we expect to see The Dark Phoenix burn it all down like Daenerys did on last night's episode of Game of Thrones?

Dolby

The Dolby exclusive poster features a very comic book-inspired look at most of the main team members standing together, while Jean Grey floats above in Dark Phoenix mode, destroying the iconic X-Men logo.

Hoping for the best, but the bar is set pretty low for this one.

Bond 25 suspends filming temporarily after Daniel Craig hurts his ankle on set. They cancelled scheduled filming at Pinewood in Atlanta this upcoming weekend.

@knocturnalzen10 - Right, listen to how he reportedly did it:

"He was sprinting during filming when he slipped and fell quite awkwardly... He was in quite a lot of pain and was complaining about his ankle... As you'd expect, he was also pretty angry that it had happened... He threw his suit jacket on the ground in sheer frustration."

@L0RDbuckethead - i'm seriously surprised he even trying to do certain scenes honestly .... it makes you wonder if TOM is even f***ing human lol

i've noticed for men after a certain age if you're not at least a little consistent with working out and monitoring what you put in your body , the recovery is bad :( .....

@BlackBeltJones - what you mean? like quantum of solace bad with the writer's strike and the film suffering from it ?

@BlackBeltJones - Yeah, I mean they hired Danny Boyle and he quit a few months later.

The script was reportedly a mess as well (before and after Boyle).

@knocturnalzen10 - It's pretty amazing what Tom can do at his age. I've read numerous times that he and Halle Berry are two of the hardest-working actors in Hollywood.

I've enjoyed Craig as Bond -- but he's "getting there" for an Action Star. Brosnan was 49 when Die Another Day came out, and Craig is already 51.

I'll be ready for the next 007, whoever they cast. It won't be Idris Elba, unfortunately.

@L0RDbuckethead - yea i wish Elba could be bond , but i don't think that's happening ........... i think they should get a little bit younger with bond meaning early to mid 30's IMO . one good choice could be dude who played rob stark .

Is it true that, thanks to reshoots, this movie cost over $200 million to make? Please tell me the people in charge of Fox’s film division are now unemployed.

@santoanderson

your wish has been granted. movies like Widows, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri, Gone Girl won’t come to fruition anymore because Disney is chopping down their slate to 5 or 6 movies per year.

But Cyclops and Ant-Man might share the screen so who cares? Lol

The last trailer... “build up for the last 20 years” or something along those lines while showing footage from the original 3 x-men movies made me LOL so hard. Fox you know damn well there is no fluid narrative running through these movies or connective continuity in this mess of a franchise. Quit trying to Endgame advertise this xD
