I don't get how peoples views have changed immediately over the X-Men franchise. It's still a cluttered mess and needs fixing. And TASM series ain't broken, it's actually pretty great. People just need to let the reboot do it's thing.

I'm ready for a couple months from now when all the people who didn't like DOFP speak up and are heard in a respected matter. Stupid hype.

I enjoyed DoFp but I don't see the hype (I been behind the Fox-Men movies since the beginning). It is funny seeing how flip floppy comic book fans are, though.

Pasties,

Kindly refrain from ever spamming the ever-lovin' shit out of my inbox again. I will wring your goddamn neck if you do.

Every X-Men movie has a scene where either Magneto is the big bad guy with an evil plan to kill humans, or Magneto was being sort of a good guy for the whole movie but then coopts the humans' plans to kill mutants to kill humans instead.

While there is certainly more variety in the X-Men movies, they have their painfully predictable plot points, as well.

Spider-man is broken and i believe it probably won't head in the right direction where as X-men is headed in the right direction.

Well, hold on. In First Class he was actually coopting a mutant's plan to kill humans to kill humans.

Anyway, the point stands. Literally every single X-Men movie has had some point where Magneto turns into the big bad guy, even if it's just at the end.

I mean, go to [frick]ing space and hang out with the Shi'ar, already, am I right?
Savage land, anybody?
Just no more [frick]ing "Magneto and Professor X disagree about politics". I'm sick of it.

Spiderman is screwed-58% on Rotten Tomatoes?

Really?

They should have never redone the origin story...

Well if TASM is broken then Captain America is in the scrap yard and needs to be recycled. Currently TASM 2 is only $19 million behind Capt 2 and that's with a 4 week lead.

X-Men always will be good as long as the story is good, same goes for any other movie.

Just enjoy the movie for what it is. It's not Shakespeare and very few if any will ever win a top movie award. (I can see mostly visual effects and the like winning)

@YoungThanos

4 times...didn't save the girl this time...

And the XFilms have always been great. X3 was pretty bad, but Famke rocked her role as Phoenix(badly written, beautifully acted). And Origins was disgusting (except for Ryan Reynolds' Wade, and Liev Schrieber's Victor)

I would fire Webb first..,

Keep Garfield

Introduce Mary Jane

Have 1 villain

Do a plot that is simple and modern aka-terrorist attack, high jacking, etc etc

Bring in Jameson

Days of Future Past like The Dark Knight Trilogy is awesome because it feels like it is happening within the confines of the world we live in...

The Dark Knight Trilogy brings in themes such as -rich vs poor, terrorism, mafia etc..

X-men trilogy deals with-Political corruption, discrimination, etc etc

What themes along these lines are prevelant in Spiderman?

That is why it fails...

None of the xmen movies are really...well, xmen movies cuz theyve mainly focused on either logan or magneto but theyve had better execution than the new spiderman films. Plain and simple. Havent seen TASM2 cuz it just didnt look good to me and i hated tasm, but i agree with the sentiment that TWS is better than both DOFP and TASM2.

They said Banshee died but his daughter siren was clearly in x2 as a little girl.
the continuity problems never end.
