Of course, I wasn’t going to watch it on the Friday, but on Saturday-but still, I was all ready for the summer blockbuster to begin. So, on Saturday morning I woke up-found out I wasn’t going to the theatre (some family problems) so I was pissed. But then (problems fixed) I went. I was so excited! I sat down, watched the movie. Some parts were pretty cool, made me say “NIIIIICEEEE”, but then other parts made me say “ha…” in a “cheesy” kind of way- Turns out the movie was good, but not THAT good. It was aright. Decent, I guess. Some parts were pretty fake and over-the-top. Like when Wolverine and Gambit are fighting in the alley, and Gambit, somehow, is able to climb the walls by piercing his stick into the stone, and how he flew into the scene by spinning it in the air, like a helicopter. Even in the end, what they did with Deadpool-pretty sad. It might’ve been a little “smart”, the way they managed to “damage” Deadpool (because he’s all scarred up in the comics) but fans still hate the fact that that’s the way they chose to go with him(Even though he never turns into this all-powered mutant) Some parts of the movie seemed long, and others seem to go by pretty fast, especially since we had already seen the action sequences in the trailer…so yeah, I don’t really understand why they’re trying to make a sequel to it…cant really do much anymore. I think they should just end the X-Men series with this one, some fans didn’t really like the 3rd X-Men movie, and this one…well, lest just say it’s no X-Men 4. I know it’s not supposed to be, but I just think this should be the end for Wolverine. So overall, this movie was alright, just a little corny…
