How does this fit in? If it was before she headed to Washington, I guess it makes sense as to why it was cut. They could have stopped her right then and there. And it's right before that brilliant airport scene.

J-Law was so flat in this film. It's a shame she wasn't someone like Kitty Pryde given her personality and sensibilities.

@MantiniuMan I think they brought Widow down to Earth in WS. She needed to seem like a real person in that movie not the caricature from Iron Man 2 and Avengers.

So Scar Jo played the part as they needed her to.

@MantiniuMan Watch her in the Hunger Games films or Winter's Bone, and then watch her in DOFP.

Also, it's sort of common knowledge that she's only doing these films because she's contracted to. I was at the DoFP panel at Comic-Con and it was pretty clear that she isn't as invested with the character and franchise compared to the other actors. I mean, that's fine since it's clear that she loves Katniss and the Hunger Games franchise; just noticing some observations.

@ Reasonnn

Her and the actor that played young Beast were actually TRIED to get out of their contract not too long ago

Logic, reason, intellectual discourse: These are the things that fall under the category of "Mantinium kryptonite".

Let me guess, Manny, you're going to say something about Thor being an alien, dance offs, Mandarin, and several other lame pieces of shtick that you regurgitate when cornered (much like other vultures do). We know. You're predictable and your bias is obvious. It's so obvious because you immediately default to insulting Marvel Studios whenever someone says something negative about any other company. If they're trolling, call them out and be on your way. Instead you try to fight douchebaggery with douchebaggery, and then you have the audacity to wonder why you stink of vinegar and rotten fish. Maybe you should speak on the merits of what you're trying to defend, instead of just blindly insulting Marvel Studios. Ah, who am I kidding? You're just going to come back and say something blithely ignorant about Marvel Studios anyway. You simply don't know any better.

Don't forget characters whoring themselves for money. He hates that in a movie.

I will admit she doesn't seem super interested in this role, when compared to the sort of energetic performances she's pumped out in recent years, but I still think she does a great job.

I don't like JLaw's Mystique. Romjin's was better. JLaw should be Rogue; she has sass written all over her.

People in this site has voted and they like ScarJo's Widow more than JLaw's Mystique like for 7 votes.
So everyone should be saying BW is better because not even God can deny this site's polls are the official truth
