MTV have debuted a glimpse of the new X-Men: Days Of Future Past clip they'll be screening at their movie awards show on April 13. Plus, Mystique, Wolverine and Magneto grace Entertainment Weekly's Summer Preview issue. Take a look after the jump.

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past -- to save our future.

X-Men: Days of Future Past stars Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Patrick Stewart, Michael Fassbender,, Ian McKellen, Nicholas Hoult, Omar Sy, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Fan Bingbing, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters, Daniel Cudmore, Ellen Page & Booboo Stewart. The film hits theaters May 23, 2014.

That wasn't much of a sneak peak. It was more like a sneak peak for another sneak peak, and all this peaking is getting on my nerves (it's morning here by the way).

And why do Wolverines claws still make the same sound in their bone form? Is that bone rubbing against metal? These are the questions that come to mind at the moment.

Really wish I could watch it. But I still hate Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique. No comparison to Rebecca Romijn. Just doesn't come off as a badass. Hope the movie proves me wrong.

Mystique should have the "look" of a supermodel. Long limbs, the stereotypical "perfect" look, but I think Jennifer does great at putting across the more emotive side of a character who we really knew nothing about.
Rebecca Romijn was perfect.

I think Jen should've been Jean.

Jen looks incredible in anything. Not the point. She doesn't seem to have the right attitude for Mystique. She was one of the worst things about First Class. I hope they've addressed it in DOFP.

You have a point. Maybe I'm just blinded by my dislike for First Class. I'm one of the few that's happy Singer is back. I like his vision better. I know he co-wrote First Class, but it didn't feel like him.
