Matt Damon's BOURNE 5 Adds DJANGO UNCHAINED Actor Ato Essandoh
Universal's fifth installment in their long-running Bourne franchise has added Django Unchained and Elementary actor Ato Essandoh. Come check it out!
Ato Essandoh has joined Universal's upcoming Bourne 5, which features the return of both Paul Greengrass as director and Matt Damon as Jason Bourne. Details about his character are being tightly kept under wraps.
Essandoh is probably best known for his roles on CBS' Elementary and on BBC America's Cooper. He's also appeared in several films, including Django Unchained, Blood Diamond, Hitch, Get Him To The Greek, and Garden State. He'll next be seen in Martin Scorsese's upcoming HBO drama Vinyl.

Global superstar Matt Damon returns to his most iconic role as Jason Bourne in the fifth installment of Universal Pictures’ Bourne franchise. Acclaimed director Paul Greengrass (The Bourne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatum, Captain Phillips) also returns for this much-anticipated chapter, and Frank Marshall again produces alongside Jeffrey Weiner and Ben Smith for Captivate Entertainment. Greengrass, Damon and Gregory Goodman also produce. The action-thriller is written by Greengrass, Damon and Christopher Rouse. Julia Stiles, Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones join Damon for the action-thriller.
