Brie Larson's MCU journey has been an interesting one. The Oscar-winner shot her role as Carol Danvers in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame before starring in her origin story, Captain Marvel, and the character's impact across this world has been significant.
After popping up in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and being pivotal to what Monica Rambeau went through in WandaVision (without ever actually making an appearance), Carol will next take centre stage in The Marvels. That movie will see her team up with Monica and Ms. Marvel, and while shooting has finished, Larson is clearly intent on maintaining her Captain Marvel physique.
This is evident from these workout photos shared by Larson on social media. As you can see, she's using pole dancing - a popular type of workout - to stay in shape and looks downright phenomenal.
We're anticipating a Captain Marvel cameo in Ms. Marvel, and it would be surprising if Carol doesn't make her presence felt in Secret Invasion as well. Many fans are hoping the HERo will eventually return to Earth and become an Avenger, but for now, it appears her adventures will be cosmic in nature.
The Marvels is set to be released in theaters on July 28, 2023.
