The show's producers are out to make Anarky, the "Joker" of the first season; he'll be the main antagonist throughout the first introductory episodes.

This guy, who we assumed was Ultra-Humanite is actually Silver Monkey, a member of the League of Assassins. This character makes Professor Pyg and Mr. Toad look like A-listers because I was pretty sure he was an original creation till a quick search revealed that the character appeared in "Detective Comics #685" back in 1995.

Here's a bit more background on the villains as disclosed by USA Today: "The eco-terrorist duo of Professor Pyg (Brian George) and Mr. Toad (Udo Kier) — who first appeared in Grant Morrison's recent Batman & Robin comic — tussle with Batman in Saturday's premiere episode, and will be followed by the likes of the politically charged Anarky (CSI's Wallace Langham), the jewel thief Magpie (Grey DeLisle), and Ra's al Ghul (Lance Reddick) and the League of Assassins, who played a role in director Christopher Nolan's recent Batman films." Lady Shiva is also confirmed to appear as a member of the League of Assassins.

LMAO Anarky looks like G1 Megatron in a bad way. We seriously need another Batman movie and I'm not a fan of that animation at all.

If they make Anarky kind of like Bane from TDKR where hes anti-establishment I think he could be a great villain.

The new batsuit alone is a great reason to watch. Its the closest animated interpretation of Michael Keaton's or Christian Bale's suit worn in the movies. Bats looks and moves totally ninja in this. Looking forward to it. Also, the Batmobile is dope!...

I'm not too keen about the premise of this show but that clip did pique my interest, it actually looks pretty cool; would probably love it if I was younger... Still, the guy who's voicing Batman is perfect, better than Kevin Conroy! I loved Chris Bale's bat-voice but seriously, that needs 2 b the kind of voice used next time around 4 the big screen!

@ndwwrestler2 Brave and the Bold was a well written love letter to the Silver Age.

Anarky has potential to be a good villain.

That was surprisingly good. Wasn't feeling the look initially, but this seems well-written and a tad dark. Don't be afraid to say it's dope lol It's pretty cool IO have to admit.

The voice too! Yes.

When the fans start liking this show, its gonna get cancelled.

But I still think they should use the classic villains in later seasons. Don't have to use them that much. But we will still like to see them.

@ MrDonut better than Conroy?! Say no to drugs... J/K he's ok though.

I've been pretty meh about this series, I was gonna watch it anyway just out of habit, but seeing that Lance Reddick is going to voice Ra's al Ghul that's something I don't want to miss
