"Beware the Widow's Bite" in Micro-Episode 19 of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

Some things doesn't seem right with a certain "Widow" & her long-time partner Hawkeye, about their encounter with the Incredible Hulk. Check out the latest micro-episode now.

In today's micro-episode of the ever-growing Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes animated series, somethings seems a bit fishy with the archer Hawkeye & his long-time partner, after their encounter with the Incredible Hulk.

This spiteful act upon Black Widow, only makes me more curios of her role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The character has been a villain in almost every comic featuring her. And we've yet to see that side of her in Iron Man 2, where I used to hope she'd be involved with Whiplash. Do you think it could work in The Avengers movie?

If you're having difficulties viewing the micro, see if going HERE could help. And if not, stay posted as a viewable version should be up soon. In the meantime, it seems theres only one mini-episode to unveil. So we may be "micro" free for the 10 days following, until Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes assembles October 20 on Disney XD, below.

wow...what a back stabbing whore...but damn is she sexy in all that black*thumbs up*....I bet she's like a double double agent..or a triple agent...she is working for S.H.I.E.L.D all along but pretending to be part of H.Y.D.R.A. to get them to trust her only for S.H.I.E.L.D to turn the tide

She is a bitch. But I agree with ComicCritic87 , she may be a triple agent. If you look at her closely you´ll note that she looks like Scarlett.

In the comic she has always been going from one side to the other... never really a baddie just working for who ever pays and sometime they were not the good guys.

But if you remember rightly Hawkeye started out as a villain

i have two theories on this:

1. she could actually be a double agent
2. she could be acting as a double agent 4 fury so that he can get inside info on what hydra is doing...

if it's 1 i'll be surprised because i doubt they want her as a villain 4 the series, and then again they probably won't do it because of the film series she's in the avengers unless of course she's a villain in the MCU too! hmmm... speculation, speculation oh well just have to wait and see!

Classic Black Widow.

You never know if she's with you, double crossing you, or double crossing the person you think she's double crossing you to. Everything is part of some deep plan and you just can't trust her.

Anyone think it's possible that movie Black Widow has a secret Russian accent too?
GUNSMITH
GUNSMITH - 10/10/2010, 5:52 PM
AN EASY WAY TO EXPLAIN OFF WHY BLACK WIDOW IN THE IRON MAN MOVIE DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCENT..WORKING UNDERCOVER ON TOO MANY "AMERICAN"JOBS, HAVING TO CHANGE HER ACCENT TO BLEND IN GOT HER INTO A SUBLIMINAL "FIX", (SHE USED THE ENGLISH SPEAKING ACCENT SO MUCH ON SO MANY JOBS IT STUCK).

This is the Black Widow as I remember her in the comics. She truly lives up ot her name. You always need to wait till the end to see her real agenda in her appearances. That's part of what makes her so interesting.

I also enjoyed seeing a nice showcase for Hawkeye's abilities. Paulley's right- never forget that in the comics, Hawkeye was a villain when he first appeared.

I think there is a lot more going on here that we don't know yet. Excellent storytelling!
