BIG HERO 6 Voice Cast Officially Announced With New Images

Walt Disney Pictures have officially announced the voice cast for their upcoming film Big Hero 6 by releasing new images of the main characters to USA Today. Come see!

USA Today  have posted a new article offically announcing the voice cast for Walty Disney Pictures upcoming animated film Big Hero 6, which is inspired by a Marvel Comics property. For the announcement, Disney supplied the site with some brand new images of the superhero team. One character not included in the images below is Hiro's guardian, Aunt Cass. She is being voiced by Saturday Night Live alum, Maya Rudolph. Aunt Cass is described as, "a neo-hippie who runs a coffee shop and café out of a remodeled "painted lady" Victorian house." Additional cast (via BigHero6Fans): James Cromwell will play Professor Callaghan, Daniel Henney will play Hiro's brother, Tadashi Hamada and Alan Tudyk will play Alistair Krei.

With all the heart and humor audiences expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, “Big Hero 6” is an action-packed comedy-adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion—a robot named Baymax—and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery. Inspired by the Marvel comics of the same name, and featuring comic-book style action, “Big Hero 6” is directed by Don Hall (“Winnie the Pooh”) and Chris Williams (“Bolt”), and produced by Roy Conli (“Tangled”).
