Marvel Press confirms that Avengers EMH will not be renewed for a third season, instead a new show titled Avengers Assemble will air in 2013.

The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" won't be renewed for the 3rd Season. Marvel Animation will present their newly developed series "Marvel's Avengers Assemble" in 2013."

The roster seems to be the movie roster plus the Falcon (Who is rumored to be part of Captain America movie sequel). The art, however, is very reminiscent of the currently running Avengers Assemble comics mini series"
