From FOX:

The town is abuzz when Cheech and Chong announce a Springfield stop on their much-anticipated reunion tour. But when Cheech and Chong take the stage in front of their loyal fans, the jokes were just not the same for Chong, so Homer steps in and delivers all the punchlines by heart. Impressed, Cheech invites Homer to go on tour with him as new duo 'Cheech and Chunk' while Chong forms a more progressive comedic team, 'Teach and Chong,' with Principal Skinner. While Homer is on tour, Marge attempts to help the neighborhood cat lady and change her hoarder ways, but turns into a hoarder herself in the process, and Homer realizes that life on the road is not all high times and slapstick humor.

Guest starring (of course) Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong.

LEEE777 - Gotta love Cheech and Chong, looking forward to this one!

I watched two episodes of the simpsons from Season 7 earlier today, then two episodes from newer seasons, and now I wonder if they decided to fire the writing staff from earlier seasons then replace them with monkeys who aren't even funny.

In short up until season 11 Simpsons was truly something special, where it could be godly funny without ever having to resort to low brow humor. The past 10 years however has tarnished this once spectacular shows legacy.

South Park is for teens and immature college students. No self respecting person watches that drivel.

I have this on tape and will watch it tonight. As an old Cheech and Chong fan from way back in the day, this could be a lot of fun.

That said, The Simpsons is not today what it was in its first nine or ten seasons. They set an impossible-to-maintain standard in that time. There may never be another show as funny as that ever. They still manage to have at least one or two really funny things in each episode, and to be at least as funny as anything else that is on.

Family Guy, in comparison, has really declined the last year or two. Between really amping up Brian's liberal preachiness,a real anti-God attitude I don't appreciate, and pushing the crudeness and vulgarity of the show to Jerry Springer-esque levels, I not only find a lot of the episodes now to not be funny, I find them uncomfortable to even watch.
