After much hype, the Sinister Six will finally battle the Web-Slinger in next Sunday's episode of Ultimate Spider-Man (titled "The Sinister Six"). We previously knew five members of the villainous team - Kraven The Hunter (Diedrich Bader), The Rhino (Daryl Sabara), The Lizard (Dee Bradley Baker), Electro (Christopher Daniel Barnes) and Beetle (Steven Blum) - but the sixth member has been shrouded in secrecy. Now, TV Line has debuted a new still from the episode featuring the entire Sinister Six, and reveals that the sixth member is none other than Doctor Octopus (Tom Kenny). Show's kind of grown on me. I don't necessarily like all their versions of Spidey's rogues gallery, but I did like their take on the Green Goblin. It's a synthesis of the Ultimate and 616 Goblins. It has some elements of Spidey and his Amazing Friends, with a little scrubs and a little from the 90's show. I dunnow, I'm pretty sure if I was a kid I'd have loved this show (My girlfriend's little brother and his friends love it).

love the animation, hate the stories. This show should be called "The New Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends" or if you MUST keep Ultimate "Ultimate Spider-Man and His Ultimate Friends"

There needs to be a Spider-Man show made for older/adult fans for god's sake.

@RobertGarlen Cartoons with mainstream characters like Spider-Man are typically made for younger audiences. Shows with mainstream characters that are made for adults are typically an exception and not the rule. Even the Avengers show that was canceled last year was meant to be for younger audiences. Yes, the writing was better, which made it appeal to a broader audience; but it was still meant for kids. If you watch the "Marvel Block" with all of the stuff they show in between segments, it's clearly meant to appeal to kids. So if you want something a little more adult, then DISNEY XD is probably the wrong place to look.

I for one enjoy the show because I can watch it with my 5 year old son. He's being introduced to the characters I grew up with in a new way. We both sit and laugh and enjoy the action together on Saturday mornings and I don't have to worry about anything inappropriate for someone his age being shown. So for people in my position, this is the perfect show.

I personally don't care for this show. Some of the action is good, but the supporting cast sucks. I hate the idea of Spidey needing a team. He just doesn't...

Not trying to be a jerk but nether does Thor or Hulk but no one complains about Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes.It's fun lets just enjoy the ride while it last this show will probably last three seasons maybe four.

The only thing I like about the show is the artwork. Dialogue is terrible, the concept sucks. Maybe its just too "young" for me but I find it extremely annoying.
