Paulley: When this show was first announced, I said that I didn't care for the art style. I can look beyond art style when the stories are good enough, and for this show, the stories have been excellent.

I'm certainly looking forward to watching the "assembled" microepisodes beginning tonight. Avengers Assemble!

On this micro-episode, I'm loving all the villains we get to see. And some Ultrons on top of that!

I had a problem with the animation of Spectacular Spiderman before I found out that the animation was toned down for better fight scenes which I believe they pulled of with this show as well. In the end it's all about the story for me which this show clearly nailed so far. Also, this was a great way to end the micro episodes.

Ralph: Kang was related to Doctor Doom from the beginning. It was using Doom's time machine that allowed Kang to eventually become Kang the Conqueror.

I agree 100% about Spectacular Spider-Man and Wolverine and the X-Men. Both shows had great stories and were something I looked forward to seeing. I'm also still really pissed about losing the X-Men when they were going to do the Age of Apocalypse. That would have been epic.

yea Spectacular and X-Men were both great.. i was wary about both those shows in the beginning but Spectacular won me over from the get go while Wolverine did also but it took a while longer..

But yea i hope Ultimate Spider-Man ties in so we can have a new MAU.. the animate universe in the 90's just wasnt that good... it just didnt seem to work.

is this show going to be tied in to Wolverine and the X-men?

the animation styles are similar, there was a reference to both mutants and the MRD and nick fury looks similar to how he appeared in the hulk episode
