Loki first introduced us to a Kang the Conqueror Variant, revealing that He Who Remains had managed to stop his alternate-reality counterparts by creating one "Sacred Timeline." Sylvie's decision to kill that character led to the Multiverse's rebirth, and countless Variants now look set to go to war with the fate of reality itself on the line (there can, after all, only be one conqueror).
Jonathan Majors will reprise the role in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, though we still don't know which Kang he'll be playing. After all, Loki ended up in an alternate reality with another Kang, so we're clearly going to be seeing a lot of this villain moving forward.
As a result, we don't know whether the threequel's Kang is a conqueror or the conqueror, but a first look at him may have been revealed in a possible cast and crew gift. As you can see, the comic accurate Kang (blue face and all) is reflected in the shattered remains of Scott Lang's helmet.
That doesn't bode well for the size-changing superhero, but Kang is by far the biggest threat he, Hope, Hank, and Janet will have ever faced together. This might not necessarily be how he looks in the finished movie, of course, but something tells us this probably is our first "official" look.
