I think it's possible that Hank Pym could be a morally grey character and is motivated by his own personal gain. But I doubt he will be a straight up villain.

I guess that could make sense, since he has done questionable things in the past.

Well Hank Pym is a character with a grey area so this wouldn't exactly be anything out of the ordinary.

They already lifted the veil that Lang and Pym will work together at some point in the movie and both have come to be at odds with their family. So it would have to be a pretty serious twist if it leaves Hank Pym as the villain at the end of the movie.

I think far more likely is that he somewhat "redeems" himself and/or dies. If the latter i'm pissed.

You have to admit, considering the changes Marvel's already made to Hank's character, it wouldn't be that out of the ordinary if they went in this direction.

I remember my friend's dad being pissed off the hero from the TV show was the villain in the film. I think Peter Graves even turned down reprising his role for that reason.

Hank Pym being the villain would be an even greater twist than the one in Iron Man 3, but boy oh boy...you'd piss off even more fans than Iron Man 3 ever did.

Pym being the villain might actually make this film worth watching.

Sadly, he probably won't be the villain. Though I admit that would be very interesting.
