Anthony Mackie Says CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Is "Not At All" Another AVENGERS Movie
Though he was one of the first to dub Captain America: Civil War, Avengers 3.8, The Falcon actor Anthony Mackie now assures that the Phase 3 movie certainly centers on Chris Evans' Sentinel of Liberty.

When Anthony Mackie spoke with MTV at the big Hollywood premiere of Avengers: Age of Ultron, in which he makes a brief appearance, the Captain America: The Winter Soldier actor had briefly discussed his return as Sam Wilson aka the Falcon in next year's Captain America: Civil War.
Much like his future co-stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, and Robert Downey Jr., Mackie reassures that he, too, has read the script for Captain America: Civil War. "It's a lot of fun stuff for me to do, but you know, it's Civil War, so it's like a big... civil war," he said. In light of the many superheroes being introduced or fleshed out in Civil War, Mackie was then asked if it's more an Avengers movie than a Captain America movie. "That's what I thought when I first read it," replied Mackie, who previously dubbed the movie "Avengers 3.8". "But it's not at all. It really plays well with the storyline of Cap and how he's evolved into his own man; Him doing his thing, and everybody coming together to fight for the common good of man."
