Following a record-setting debut last weekend, Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War continues its impressive box office run and has earned over $112.5 million from 4,474 locations in its second frame, a number that will likely go up when the actuals come in tomorrow. It has now topped Marvel's Black Panther ($111.6M) to become the second-highest second weekend domestically of all-time, just behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($149.2M), which, unlike Infinity War, had its second weekend during the Christmas holiday.

Overall, the Russo Brothers-directed blockbuster has earned approximately $450.8 million to date domestically and over $713.3 million internationally ($162.6 million this past weekend) for a monumental worldwide haul of over $1.164 billion worldwide. On Saturday, it became the fastest film in history to enter the billion-dollar club, crossing the milestone in just eleven days. Also, it still has yet to open in China, the world's second-largest market, where it opens on May 11th, so expect these numbers to get much bigger next weekend.

As for the rest of the domestic box office, the Anna Faris-led comedy Overboard came in second with a solid $14.7 million. A Quiet Place ($7.6M) and Rampage ($4.6M) finished third and fifth, respectively. Overall, John Krasinski's A Quiet Place has earned $255.2 million ($159.9M domestic; $95.4M foreign) and will open in China on May 18th. Meanwhile, Rampage, despite a muted domestic response, has found an audience in China, earning over $150 million in the Middle Kingdom alone. Its worldwide cume currently stands at $377.9M ($84.8M domestic; $293.1M foreign).

Marvel's Black Panther also continues to show off its extremely long legs with a seventh-place finish with $3.1 million. Its worldwide haul currently stands at $1.338 billion ($693.1M domestic; $645.3M foreign).

So, what do you guys think? How many have you seen Marvel's latest? Sound off with your thoughts below!

@Pantherpool -

SPOILER: Red Skull wasn't the only surprise appearance in the film. So was the box office. That's who Steve is talking to.

@Pantherpool - who was he referring to when he said it Lost one of its best defenders? I was thinking vision but he wasn't completely out. Maybe Tony since he was presumed missing?
Pantherpool
Pantherpool - 5/6/2018, 9:41 AM
@MyCoolYoung - I'm pretty sure he was referring to Tony.

@MyCoolYoung - I think it was Tony he referred to. Since it was made public that Tony was missing. Even though he wasn’t in the film as much as I’d hope, Steve Rogers seemed to come at ease with the ramifications of CIVIL WAR. Like that scene right there where he pretty much acknowledges Tony
MyCoolYoung

@DarkArrow19 - I think from the end of civil war he already had came to grips with the situation, Tony struggled with it because he came to the most devastating realization
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 5/6/2018, 9:54 AM
@Pantherpool - agreed. The more I think about it the more it makes sense

@MyCoolYoung - I agree with you. I’m one of the people who sided with Tony in that whole situation. But I could see that Cap has realized more and more that the world is no longer black and white. And now he’s accepted that. Im looking forward to Cap and Tony meeting again. But I’m also looking forward to Bucky and Tony meeting again.

@DarkArrow19 -

Cap was wrong for not telling Tony about Bucky and his parents, but I sided with cap throughout the movie.

The end I sided with iron man. That was an emotional fight to watch though. Really, really brutal.

@MyCoolYoung - yeah I thought Tony could have acted a little less like himself. In the end I thought both were stubborn. But in the end I sided with Tony.

And yeah that ending is rough. It’s probably my second favorite MCU film. But every time I watch it, I always hope someday the ending would change haha even though I know it won’t.

@DarkArrow19 - lol same. The second time I watched it my brain just kept screaming "stop fighting"

What's your first?
DarkArrow19
DarkArrow19 - 5/6/2018, 10:48 AM
@MyCoolYoung - yeah me too. Lol I’m normally always like “stop fighting and say you’re sorry!” Lol

And My first I would have to say is Infinity War lol I just really like the build up to it and the time it took.

What’s your ranking for MCU?
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 5/6/2018, 11:22 AM
@DarkArrow19 -lol the mcu as a whole? They have too many movies for that I can break it down into tiers

Ok:iron man 2 the incredible hulk

Good: Antman, Thor and 2, guardians of the galaxy 1 & 2

Great: black panther, iron man 1 & 3, Thor 3, homecoming, age of Ultron

Goat status: infinty wars, cap trilogy, Avengers

Yours?
DarkArrow19
DarkArrow19 - 5/6/2018, 11:41 AM
@MyCoolYoung - I would say mine is similar to yours lol although I was not a huge fan of Cap 1 lol I thought it seemed more filler lol but TWS and CW were definitely some of the best of the MCU. Lol I definitely think IronMan 1 will always be one of the best as well since it’s what started the universe lol
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 5/6/2018, 11:48 AM
@DarkArrow19 - lol really? I was such a fan of cap 1 I watched it or knocked up every night for a long time. It had so much heart and charm. Peggy Carter was so good in it. I just like the humble beginnings.

More so than any trilogy, I can't imagine ranking captain America's movies separately. They're all quite different but similar at the same time.
DarkArrow19
DarkArrow19 - 5/6/2018, 11:58 AM
@MyCoolYoung - yeah when I first watched it, I felt like they had kind of rushed it to get the Avengers going, but i like how each Cap film builds off of the previous. It’s is definitely one of the best trilogies of our time. I still wish Peggy was in the current films. I thought she provided a good balance for Cap as someone who saw the world for how it is in comparison to Cap seeing the world all goody too shoes lol and I will say Cap 1 has aged well since the trilogy has been released
