Tired of this lazy reporting that just directs us to a video or elsewhere to actually get what we clicked the link for. Give us a synopsis of what the video says instead of pointing us to a video or link. Don't let the need of posting it before someone else take precedence over quality.

Marvel could very well throw any number at Fox to get X-Men after Apocalypse, which would be fitting considering its their 2nd trilogy. And have the X-Men for Phase 4.

@Inhuman: Well then it's up to people like us to boycott these movies specifically Fantastic Four because that franchise is on it's last legs and if this new found-footage garbage doesn't make enough money FOX won't see the use in trying for a THIRD time.

If enough people stand together and I'm talking about the millions of people who think what Marvel Studio is doing is amazing and think that comic book movie deserve the best ie Marvel Studio we can get this shit back in Marvel's hands before 2017 even rolls by.

Then we'd get things like War of Kings, the Coming of Galactus, a Silver Surfer movie, Secret Invasion etc because then everything from Galactus to Blastaar would belong to Marvel.

Does Marvel own the rights to Skrulls or is that a Fox/Fantastic Four property?

@zippiesdrainage Uh...the whole point of this article IS the video. Like, it's a weekly feature here. It's not some interview that needs to be posted and then given a synopsis/summary before anyone else gets it or anything like that - watching the video is literally the whole point of clicking on this article.

Why is it taking so long to add Fantastic Four, X-Men, and Spider-Man to the MCU? Like WTF?!?!?

Yep... I really just have the hardest time getting behind a Civil War and a Infinity War without the X-Men and FF.

That doesn't mean the movies will suck. They won't.

It just means that to me it will only be a portion of the story. Even if they crammed every marvel hero that's been in a movie or TV show from the start of all this straight through to Cap 3 through those movies it will seem like a lot. But it's just not the same. I LOVE seeing all the Marvel characters get together. ALL.

Like I said in a previous article, what if Infinity War part 1 is more based on Infinity Gauntlet and IW part 2 is more based on....the IW storyline?

Think about Reed Richard's contributions to Civil War. building an Extra dimansional prison.
Creating a [frick]ing Thor CLONE for use as a siege engine! That was real smart. Teaming up with Mad Thinker?? omg

But more than anything it was a character that is regarded as a great hero doing things that are absolutely villainous.

That has a place in this story. Now I know the yaysayers will go: "But it will be there in spirit! It will be there in concept, and it's all good because it's an INTERPRETATION"

Well guess what? An interpretation that leaves out a character that I think is important to the story will not sit well with me.

Introduce the Watcher in GOTG 2 and turns out he saves the Avengers after IW part 1?

F4 really should be back at Marvel. Sony and Raimi pretty much invigorated the current generation of CBMs and are still entertaining to this day. Foxmen are suck compared to what Marvel is putting out, but they own the rights, they can do what they want and are still making money--F4 though have been strewn through the sewers.
The MCU deserves its first family, they deserve a Dr Doom vs Avengers.

@dethpillow Exactly. The Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron, Civil War...none of those have or will have much in common with the comic storylines, except for the name and a general outline of what happened in the source material. Think of how we heard that Extremis would be in Iron Man 3, and it didn't really turn out like ANY fanboys predictions (and, you know, the Mandarin is another pretty good example haha).

Themes, the general premise, and a catchy-sounding name. Those are pretty much the reasons Marvel picks their titles. And I trust them to deliver something special, even if it's completely different from the comics.

Good idea on Cap dying and then brought back with the time gem. I could see Joss doing that. I mean he killed Angel and brought him back, killed Buffy twice and brought her back!

I mean that's kinda his thing.

Civil War can and will be done with Black Panther filling the role of Spider-man. The X-Men and FF are not needed and added little to the original storylines. Though i do hope FF returns to Marvel.

@JackSass;
"Think about Reed Richard's contributions to Civil War. building an Extra dimansional prison.

Really... i would'nt use smart on that sort of stuff. Especially considering that neither aspect was developed well...

Panther is going to be nothing like Spiderman from Civil War, he will be at the heart of a race for Vibranium which Stark and the Government want since they saw it make Ultron almost indistrctuble and know now where to find it.

I'm glad there was a lack of Ant-Man. Here's to hoping the Ant-Man movie is a one and done type situation.
