It's hard to believe that
The Avengers was released all the way back in 2012 and the Marvel Cinematic Universe has obviously changed massively since then. Whereas the sight of six heroes assembling was once epic, we saw literally dozens of them in
Avengers: Endgame but that makes the Joss Whedon helmed release no less special or memorable.
Now, we've rounded up a gallery of officially released concept art for you guys which you'll definitely want to check out. Kicking off with the original version of Thanos, we then move to the "Battle of New York," Earth's Mightiest Heroes vs. Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and a number of other pivotal scenes.
There are also alternate costume designs for S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and many key characters, including Captain America, Loki, Nick Fury, Thor, and many, many more.
