I'm not going to lie, the general audience, my friends and family and the guys on here have worn out Batman for me, he's become overrated in my eyes. I say this with respect, I don't intend to start a flame war or get backlash. But, that's really what's happened to him for me ever since The Dark Knight came out. That being said, I'm still tremendously excited for Batman: Arkham Origins because I loved the first two (Asylum being my favorite but, Mr. Freeze being my favorite boss battle) and just for whatever reason, I'm really excited for another Batman reboot. These five things are just things I'd not only do but would honestly like to see the Batman reboot have/do.
No Origin

This is obvious and everyone has already done this to death. But, personally I think it's more interesting to see him eight months into his career as Batman. Not a vet but barely a newbie at this. A more ruthless Batman but also the World's Greatest Detective would be nice... for once. Definitely new 52 based but, the armor in Arkham Origins definitely looks badass enough to where I'd want to see it on screen. But, that's just my preference.
Last in the build up
Look I don't care about the Manhunter vs Cyborg debate, I could care less about the order of the build up. There are two things this DC Universe must have. First is Barry Allen as The Flash, do that or don't get my money. Your choice and second, make Batman the LAST movie going into Justice League. Save World's Finest for "Phase Two" or three. Batman is DC's most profitable and obviously they want to get the money but, build up to Justice League by having your most profitable and arguably second most anticipated by the public be the last movie before the big one. He's already been done recently and it gives us enough time away from Bale to be even just a little, warmed up to the idea of a Batman reboot. This is a MUST.
Villains
Black Mask, Deathstroke and Calendar Man. 'Nuff said. Well, not exactly. I don't have a story or anything but I have a basic idea of how to make these guys work well on screen without having a Spider-Man 3. Black Mask is the mastermind, he's the big bad guy. He's tired of Batman's shit so, he hires Deathstroke to take him out all the while he does that, Batman also must become a detective (World's greatest detective) to figure out who the Calendar Man is and what's his motives behind all the gruesome murders. Therefore, we get the mastermind villain, the physical villain and the psychological villain. We all win!
No Robin, not yet
Sorry guys, I wouldn't add Dick and I would just go with Jason. Batman would get two trilogies. First trilogy being mostly him and then the fourth movie is when Jason dies by The Joker but, we don't see Jason again until the last movie. But as far as Robin goes, not in the reboot.
DC's Captain America
Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk and Captain America had the least amount when it comes to acknowledging a shared universe. So, why DC's Captain America? Well, it's not because I want it to be the best of the solo movies. It's because Captain America was a character and plot driven movie. Not spectacle (unlike Iron Man 2) and only twice really did it have anything to do with a shared universe. The beginning and the end. Make us care for Bruce, not Batman.
Well, that's why it's five. It's not very long, pretty brief but that's just what I would do. What are your thoughts? You know what you do, don't make me tell you what to do.
