RUMOR: Is Juno Temple Playing Harley Quinn In TDKR?

This is pretty sketchy, but it does come from a reliable source. Is young Miss Temple playing a version of The Joker's crazy assistant in Christopher Nolan's Batman threequel?..

This has already been speculated upon many times. Since Juno Temple was announced as having a part in The Dark Knight Rises fans have been throwing out the names of any character she may fit. Of course Harley was mentioned, but this is the first time we have heard anything in the way of a valid rumor.

100% RUMOR, no confirmation: Overheard at lunch in Beverly Hills - JUNO TEMPLE may be playing HARLEY QUINN in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES


Now of course she MAY be playing Harley, she also MAY be playing Robin or any other number of characters. We just don't know. But if Schneider is on the level and heard this from someone in the know it's not really a stretch that Temple may be donning the jester outfit and keeping some link to The Joker alive in TDKR

Harley Quinn sucks. Nolan really wants a clean break from the Joke and would in no way use a character so closely tied to him for the sequel to the movie that is not using him. If he did not want to use her in The Dark Knight there is no way she is in the sequel. And does anyone remember the Sarah Jane Dunn rumors that she would be Harley in The Dark Knight only to play Maroni's arm candy?

I think she'd be a good Quinn, the character NEEDS to be on the big screen soon. Especially in a Nolan film.

The way I see it is, Temple is a fast rising star that Nolan is prob going to want to give a meaty role to..this is his last Batman flick, he's going to want to use as much of the mythology he has at his disposal. I think there is s good chance it's true.

I have a friend in Cleveland that was an extra and overheard one of the crew mention the name "Harley" in regards to an upcoming scene.

Not that that confirms anything other than someone may just have been B.S.ing about Batman's Rogue Gallery or just talking nonsense.

This could of been great news, if Joseph Gordon Levitt is in fact Joker in this movie; than the plot will be more interesting for the film.

she could do the joker's bidding for him while he's locked up in arkham. we all know he was planned to return, but what happened to heath prevented that.

She could very well just be playing Holly Robinson....BUT if there is a chance that she will play Harley Quinn then i would assume she would be playing the psychiatrist part of her persona just as a nod to the comic books....just speculation but it makes sense to me

Have you seen her in Year One, she's terrible. She looks 16. She's cute for her age, but way too young looking for Quinn. Plus, she doesn't seem like a real actress to me.

Ordinarily i'd agree but Schneider wouldn't so much as put it out there if he didn't think it was a possibility, plus the rumor at least was confirmed to be floating around Hollywood by /Film.

We'l find out soon enough I'm sure
