Filed Under: Batman

It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane.

The motion poster starts at 0:05 seconds. Many thanks to Twitter's antovolk for filming this.

She's been grifting around the States all this time, so she's got that kind of accent.

i think Catwoman works for Bane, she does his bidding out of fear, she rather be on the winning side than the losing. But i think she will eventually team up with Batman because she has a heart, before double crossing him at the end and leading him into Banes trap, before yet again realizing the error of her ways and helping him.

My profile picture is Catwoman looking at Bane and Batman fighting and realizing what she has did.

Selina Kyle is not an evil person, she has her own rules, and does what she needs to survive.

If Batman is white, and Bane is black.

Catwoman is grey.

Preacherfanatic@ If Nolan actually had the balls to do that, then I would be in awe. But I don't think he does... although, not many people would see that coming. Hmmm...
Vafrous@ No way? I wouldn't be too sure about that.

Reversed Crying Game. The epic 20 minute ending? The orgin of Damien Wayne. Cinemagoers would all need medical treatment.

I hope it ends like Sopranos did.

In midsentence without a warning a pure fade to credits with no explanation.

“The final scene of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ is exactly the scene we talked about. It remained completely unchanged. We both knew in our hearts that we were onto something special. I have to tell you, having finally seen everything strung together a little while ago and seeing that scene, I got a complete lump in my throat,”

@RamonSuarez

That was done to show Tony had been shot & killed by the man wearing the "members only" jacket, we were essential seeing through Tony's eyes and saw what he saw, nothingness, darkness.

Unless they go the same route for Bruce (unlikey) I doubt that'll be how it ends.

@Sabconth

Yeah, I know.

But the ending pissed so many people off who wanted Tony to live.

Get where I am going there.

@DukeAcureds: If what you said is true about those two characters, then you're an a-hole for posting that on here and not even putting a spoiler warning.

I think everybody 'got' it the first time. I just thought i'd share what that particular ending actually symbolised.

It's all good.
