EDITORIAL: Political and Media Involvement in TDKR Colorado Shooting

I don't usually get involved in political talk, but I felt like I had to say something about the issue.

Hi CBM. This isn't really much of a text editorial as much as a video message. I can't think of anything to say really, all my thoughts are spoken in the video below.

My heart and prayers go out to the families of those affected.

Unfortunately this is nothing new, just taking different forms. It is the blame game combined with people being so hopelessly immersed in their political bullshit that they have to apply this tragedy to it. It is how they try to make sense out of senselessness.

It is quite similar to Columbine, and that it took place 15 miles away from the same massacre brings back bad memories.

I suppose a lot of us are just numb to how quickly tragedies like this get get turned into political cannon fodder.

It's grotesque, it's inhuman but like most things involving the media these days, it's the nature of the beast.
