Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ “The Dark Knight Rises” is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. The screenplay is written by Christopher Nolan and Jonathan Nolan, story by Christopher Nolan & David S. Goyer. The film is produced by Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Charles Roven, who previously teamed on “Batman Begins” and the record-breaking blockbuster “The Dark Knight.” The executive producers are Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Kevin De La Noy and Thomas Tull, with Jordan Goldberg serving as co-producer. The film is based upon characters appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. Batman was created by Bob Kane.




Starring Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard and Morgan Freeman, The Dark Knight Rises is set to hit theatres on July 20, 2012.

The one of Bats and Bane fighting and the one of him walking towards the camera were good. But this pic isn't the best at all. Not bad, but definitely not the best.

This looks like an image for a toy. This latest promo art has been pathetic. This movie's build-up has been pretty terrible. I don't have any faith that it will accomplish what Dark Knight did. I've been underwhelmed by everything I've seen so far. Maybe it will surprise me, but I doubt it.

My only problem with this whole image is the fact Batman has loaded guns on his vehicles. Batman doesn't use guns so in that sense Nolan is an idiot. Thats all

@ LMFA0 You do know that the batmobile in the comics and Batwing do have loaded weapons but are used as means to intimidate or to destroy objects. So.....that is all!

Forgot about this movie. The new trailer won't change that because there's The Avengers right after it. But I think it's for the best. I don't think I could handle the level of anticipation that I have for The Avengers twice.

I cant help but everytime I see something about TDK, I want to watch TDKR so badly. I saw alot of Avengers and nearly nothing from TDKR, but Avangers doesnt touched me yet, except Hulk.

Im a Marvel man, but you'd have to be an idiot to say this movie won't rock the shit! Avengers will be more exciting and my favorite of the summer, But TDKR will be the best MOVIE of the summer!
