Ahead of next month’s annual New York Toy Fair, Marvel.com has just revealed a first look at the two-inch minimates based on Earth’s Mightiest Heroes as they’ll appear and become divided in Captain America: Civil War this summer. Featuring Captain America, Iron Man, the Winter Soldier, the Black Panther, War Machine (battle-damaged) and a Navy Guard, as well as Hawkeye and even the Vision, the assortment can be seen in the images below along with some availability details.

Due in comic shops and specialty stores by late Spring 2016, this assortment of Marvel Minimates will feature three two-packs -- Captain America with Winter Soldier, Iron Man with Black Panther and the comic shop-exclusive War Machine with Guard -- plus a rare, one-per-case variant two-pack with a Battle-Damaged War Machine and Guard! Around the same time, look for the Steve/Bucky and Tony/T’Challa sets to also be at Toys“R”Us stores, along with their own exclusive set -- Vision with Hawkeye! Then, later that summer, both comic shops and Toys”R”Us will see a second assortment with even more characters from the movie! Each Minimates mini-figure stands 2” tall with 14 points of articulation, and features fully interchangeable parts and accessories. Also, each two-pack comes packaged in a full-color window box with SRP of $9.99.

Directed by Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain. Starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, and Martin Freeman, Captain America: Civil War is set for release on May 6, 2016.

The Browns hired a Mets executive today to be the "Chief Strategy Officer." Apparently it's a big loss for the Mets.

Are minimates like the poor man's Lego figure? Like what are they? What's there purpose? They look like Lego minifigures without the set for the same price as a Lego set.

It's still the Browns. We will find a way to [frick] this up somehow. I'm still pissed we got rid of Hoyer and kept Johnny Football. [frick] I'm still mad at the Browns for drafting that piece of shit QB. [frick] Mansuck.

@blackandyellow - "The Browns hired a Mets executive today to be the "Chief Strategy Officer." Apparently it's a big loss for the Mets."

Honestly, DePodesta is a bigger loss than Murph or Cespedes! He was believed to be the GM in waiting, after Sandy Alderson.
""Paul completely reorganized the Mets scouting and player development functions and had an extraordinary impact in both areas, but he was also very directly involved in our trade and free agent acquisitions," Mets GM Sandy Alderson said in a statement."

Jonah Hill's character in Moneyball was based on DePodesta. He declined to have his name used in the film.

@CaptShipwreck - "Depodesta left the mets to be the Browns GM ... He got a look into the mets Financial future with the current mets owners and jumped off the titanic"

The Wilpons are f*cking morons, but Jim Haslam is not any better, it's basically a lateral move!! And there's literally no question the Mets future is exponentially brighter/optimistic than the Browns!

Still hoping Manfred gets his shit together and forces the Wilpons to sell the Mets, just like McCourt was forced to sell the Dodgers for similar reasons!!

@Bl00dwerK - "@LEVITIKUZ Who is on the Browns radar at #2? My Titans snagged the top spot, as you well know (I'm sure), and I'm guessing they're going QB again? The Titans sure aren't, so who are you guys on about and are you guys worried about Tennessee trading out and someone else getting your guy?"

The Titans are in an EXTREMELY advantageous position and since they don't need a QB, you assume it would behoove them to trade down a few spots, draft the top OL or Laquon Treadwell and get some more picks.

Unfortunately, this is the Titans we're talking about, so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they find a mindbottling way to screw this up!!

Remember the reported RIDICULOUS package of picks & players the Eagles offered the Titans for their #2 pick, because Chip Kelly wanted Mariotta??

"Two first-round picks, One third-round pick, Fletcher Cox (the team's best defensive player), Brandon Boykin (nickel corner), Sam Bradford (starting quarterback) and Mychal Kendricks (starting linebacker)"

I mean even if the Titans trade down a couple spots, they'd get a few draft picks and the top player on their draft board, but I could see them finding a way not to do it!! The Titans really need new ownership, that's their biggest problem. They'd have no problem finding someone or a group to buy the team since the Adams don't seem as interested or knowledgeable about the sport or org. Some how things seem worse without Bud Adams, than they were with him.

@levitikuz

From what I've been reading Manziel is probably done in Cleveland. I wouldn't be surprised if they take Christian Hackenberg with the 2nd overall pick. He had a rough year, but that's mainly because Penn State's line was atrocious. They were essentially playing with walk-ons at the O-line because they only had enough scholarships for the skill position players because of the NCAA sanctions.
