The last time we saw Clint Barton in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, he had retired from his superhero life to spend more time with his loving family. However, unfortunately for him, nothing lasts forever and when his pal Steve Rogers needs backup against their friend-turned-foe Tony Stark in Captain America: Civil War, Hawkeye returns to action to lend a helping hand. Earlier today, star Jeremy Renner paid a visit to Good Morning America and released a brief twenty second clip where Hawkeye comes to pick up Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch, who is really on the defensive when he arrives. Check out the new clip below:
Here's the whole segment with Jeremy Renner:
“Captain America: Civil War” picks up where “Avengers: Age of Ultron” left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
