It all started back in 2008 when Iron Man hit theaters and swept the world off its feet, introducing to the world the idea of a shared cinematic universe. 12 epic blockbusters later, the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe has finally reached an epic event 8 years in the making, Captain America: Civil War. In just a few short weeks, Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Captain America (Chris Evans) will be facing off in what could be the biggest MCU event until the release of Avengers: Infinity War. With the addition of Tom Holland as Marvel's Spider-Man and Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Civil War will be the must-see movie of the year.

Now, take a look back to how it all began as
Marvel Studios has released an epic new trailer featuring iconic moments between the two heroes, such as the introduction of Iron Man in 2008, Captain America in 2011, and the moment two of the Earth's mightiest heroes met for the first time in 2012. Are you excited for Captain America: Civil War? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters May 6th, 2016.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd and Frank Grillo, with William Hurt and Daniel Brühl.

It's glorious, can't believe we're only 1 month away from the movies release. Let's hope for the best, and that this movie ends the Cap trilogy with a bang.

So, this site is just going to ignore this:

What, you're afraid to touch this? lol.

@Luminus - Yikes, who could they let that happen?! Such a blunder on Sony's part.

How*, man I wish there was an edit button.

@Luminus - ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?
How...how can that even be an oversight? I never even saw Ghostbusters up until a few months ago, (brilliant film BTW) and even I always fricking knew there were 4 Ghostbusters!!!

Seriously, how do you screw that up? -_-

@CinemaHero - I'm waiting for them to accidentally on purpose leave out the black chick on the rebooted Ghostbusters cover, then sit back and watch her make excuses for them.

@Luminus - That would be a huge oversight. And I think one of the Yahoo comments got it right. This is just a marketing tactic by Sony. They most likely want to generate buzz, and get some spotlight for their Ghostbuster blu-ray release.

@DeusExSponge - I have a very hard time believing that. Why would Ernie Hudson agree to that?
DeusExSponge
DeusExSponge - 4/6/2016, 10:09 PM
@Luminus - I don't think Ernie would be a part of it. I mean he's in the movie, but I doubt Sony consulted him about this matter. But in the end, this is just some crack pot theory that I saw in the yahoo comment section.

It could be right or wrong, but man in the end that situation with the Blu-ray cover is still pretty messed up.

@Luminus - FFS Sony, of all the characters you could have cropped out you had to crop out the one black guy..... It's like you are TRYING to court controversy. They deserve all the abuse they get just for being so so dumb

@CopperCrow - Good stuff. The MCU is often a jumble of different stuff going on, but it's sort of remarkable how you can find really meaningful threads, owing to the actors, writers, and probably up to Feige himself. It really is one of the best TV shows ever made.

@CopperCrow - I usually ride the DC bandwagon but can't deny that Winter Soldier was great, Civil War looks great, and that video was pretty sweet. Thanks for sharing

@CopperCrow - Dude, you have ever right to be a zealot about this video. I'm so glad you showed it to me. THANKS!

I love the breath of footage they used to bring it together, stuff from AoS and the netflix shows, forgotten scenes from earlier films... It's excellent
CrappyNappy
CrappyNappy - 4/8/2016, 9:54 AM
@CopperCrow - People often say this as an exaggeration, but that beginning part LITERALLY (and I mean it)...literally gave me chills.

Did you make this? Also, please, NEVER stop showing this to people. This doesn't feel like self-promotion. This is just showing people an epic video.

Shocked that Marvel hasn't picked up your video and released it themselves.
